Lloyds SP looks like it's hit the bottom, panic over
"Ignorance is strength"
---------------------------
NewBoy, I disagree....ignorance is bliss. The equivalent of sticking ones head in a bucket of sand as a tsunami approaches. It makes the tsunami miraculously disappear.
I suspect we have all at some point chosen to ignore a problem in the 'hope' that it will go away....sometimes it's better to go into a situation knowing all of the facts & as many of the tiger traps as possible.
Indeed look up wbur on line.
The figures are quite complicated. Look it up on line. Amazing how much trade they do in toto
Ignorance is strength
No they haven't Bruce. I've heard a lot of leavers have started to see it was all BS and they were duped after all...
I've heard you can have an operation...almost painless.
I gsther quite a lot of young people have converted to leavers
35?
Of people who died after the referendum I expect one or two might have been leavers
Bee
Maybe you should move to Scotland.
You could join the SNP to fight for Scotland to leave the UK and then join the EU.
Bee
Please let me know when you start campaigning with a political party that wants to join the EU.
Bee
''LTI, you are an abusive bully. Grow up''
It appears that you don't like it when I am forced to respond because once again the subject raises its head again.
Please note once again, it is never me that brings it up.
Time you got over it .
The UK is NOT in the EU.
In-laws eh..... Isolated case. You simply don't for a party that got 'Get Brexit Done' if you want to remain... Simple really.
Bee
Who are you campaigning for?
Which political entity is it?
Are there running in the next GE on a platform to join the EU?
Bee
You are a fool.
The conservatives were the only mainstream party running on a manifesto of 'get Brexit done'.
They got a Huge majority.
It seems that you and others cannot GET OVER IT when democracy goes against them.
DT
You forgot about the landslide victory for the Brexit party in the European elections.
I would say the general election result confirmed the UKs decision to leave the EU, which as we all know was an annihilation...
So the UK citizens did have a cooling off period of 3yrs before handing the conservatives, after tens yrs of austerity, a win...
It's kinda hard to defend that kind of defeat and any argument regarding leaving the EU.
EU is running down the clock....

''consisting of people who had no clear idea what they were voting for.''
I think you and others may have said this before.
It gets very tiresome after the 2000th time.
Don't forget about people who have died since.
Time that you
GOT OVER IT don't you think.
Nigel got involved in the EU debate well over a generation after the UK joined the EEC.
If the people had decided to stay in the EU (we didn't vote for the EU in the first place)
then another vote would not have happened in Nigel's lifetime.
If you want to join the EU then I suggest you vote for a political party that would have the nerve to have it as part of their political ambitions.
It's called democracy.

''Also we will lose the access to the trade deals negotiated with the EU...''
No we don't.
The Department for International Trade will be ‘rolling over’ these trade agreements by negotiating the continuation of the FTAs the EU has in place with various countries and trade blocs.
LTI, just for you..."''so effectively we still have UNRESTRICTED access to the EU market ''".
Depending on what sort of trade deal we get with the EU the access to our largest current market may face additional barriers (tariffs)....but we could always fall back on an 'Australian' deal...the Aussies have 'almost' unrestricted access to the EU market (& vice versa) after all!!
Also we will lose the access to the trade deals negotiated with the EU...something Liam Fox was seemlessley sorting out at one point (how is that going?).
But Brexit is about opportunities (or so I've been told). But investors need to be aware of potential problems in order to prepare for them & hopefully benefit from the situation.
Bee
''Where did you dream up 7% from by the way?''
No dream. More a case of you not being good with figures.
What percentage is 17,410,742 greater than 16,141,241 .
I rounded down to make it a little less painful..

''Tiny''
It is only people such as yourself who would say 1,269,501 is a tiny number.
It won't be long before it has been 4 years that has passed.
Don't you think it is about time that
YOU GOT OVER IT
Bee
''Well I call it small''
I wouldn't call 1,269,501 people a small amount
Get over it
Chances are the EU won't exist in the future, if it does, will be in such a chit state you wouldn't want to rejoin - alas.
