Sorry about typos....i'm f.....g livid!
Parry should come clean and tell us for sure whst he intends to do for share holders. Instead he keeps us guessing and wasting our time for years. I think that is his intention so that we all disappear without him doing sweet FA....nice innit and no legal redress for us?
Imagine buying a plot of land and then being told there was no land for sale in the first place. You could take them to court no problem. That is how this loadabollix feels....legalised theft.

There is no credible legal case here and cp knows it what he says is no different to what our national football team say every time they play in the wold Cup tornement.
His terminology throughout this is no accident.
There is only one way to stand a chance of getting a collective result for us all but he knows the chances of that are close to zero.
This will catch up with him one day and some shareholders might learn to see a reality over a dream.
He has been saying he intends to list the company for years in writing via RNS never mind on tape!
It's all there in black and white signed by him. I would t take him saying it on a phone call as any different
If Cameron Parry has basically said on tape he intends, or will, relist this year, then it's probably prudent to see if he can do that. It might mean the difference between something back or nothing. That's my take anyway.
I'd say a taped confession is good grounds for a legal case if not. But it is still possible he will pull it off by the skin of his teeth.
At best he's a crappy businessman. At worst a conman. Either way he is a waste of time.
Sadly I’ve written off my £40,000 investment like many others. A shame because, at the beginning, I really thought this was a great concept. You pays your money, you takes your painful chance! I don’t see this ever resisting. They have no reason to
do so as mentioned in an earlier post.
To be honest I see little prospect of a re-list. They seem to be in a position where they can raise cash independently. Little sympathy for retail shareholders here.
Well in Parry's mind you haven't ever given the company anything as you didn't pay them directly for shares, as in placing. He cares not a bit for retail shareholders, or people who buy on market. Apparently buying on the market doesn't make you a holder in his eyes as the company never made money from you. He has made comments of this type many times before including on that call.
Funny how he was happy to flip the placing shares to us lot during the many pumps he gave it though.
As I don't like to admit defeat, he's had my £22.8k and rode off into the sunset, there are only 3 options I see on the table . 1. Hope for a miracle. 2. Hope FCA sort it. 3. ..................., 1&2 are wishful thinking , 3 will land you in jail. Unfortunately I see no viable resolution to this debacle.. a case of if it doesn't kill you it only makes you stronger & a tad poorer,:-(
