Holeyfck, no wonder its so easy to make cash in these markets when your dealing with people like this, i said i got a £97k refund, sorry i meant to say £97.5k! Yikes.
Do you mean Friday 26th or Monday 1st ???
My gut says it will open 7-8p....but WTFDIK.
The Company's shares are expected to commence trading under the ticker symbol CBX from 8am on Friday 26 February 2021, subject to the approval of its application for admission to the standard listing segment of the LSE. The prospectus, which has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority, is available at www.cellulargoods.co .
Tommorow?
Quite here today good luck on cellular tomorrow, this should bring this one up
I’ve got a stocks and shares Isa and a normal trading account. IPO allocations cannot be added to the isa, so it will go to the other account. That said, I’ve liquidated a fair bit in the ISA. I’m still holding EZY and TUI. But will try and place an order for more Cellular Goods on Friday morning.
Does anyone have idea as to the opening price for cbx
@Nick-Bris, Is your HL Stocks and Share ISA?
I’ve got my refund too. My HL account doesn’t have my shares yet. If I try and put in an order for CBX it says “It is expected that Cellular Goods plc will be admitted to the LSE at 8am on 26 February. HL expects to be able to trade Cellular Goods plc. However, we are currently on awaiting confirmation as to the stock’s settlement status. Once confirmed, trading will be enabled”
Belliott - From the allocation email I don't believe the shares will be within the accounts until Monday. Hopefully proved wrong though.
As a retail investor you can sell as soon as they hit your account there is no lock-in.
Only existing shareholders of the company being floated and Institutional Investors have lock-ins to avoid the share price crashing.
And if it’s the 26th like you say hereshoping that will push the price up here Friday.
Did you get a allocation hereshoping?
Could some tell me if you have to hold a ipo for 3 months, I’ve never purchased one???and yes I know I’m to late for cellular.
I may be incorrect so please correct if so, but my allocation email reads:
"Admission Date: 01/03/2021
Please note that your new shares may not be available to trade in your broker account until after this date."
But the RNS indeed says the stock will be floated 26/2/21. Going to be a pump on Friday followed by a dump on Monday, I fear?
Don't worry too much Pro I haven't got my refund yet either, neither has my friend.
I see what you mean in terms of the refund.. my difference is still not showing on my online banking as pending. It does say in the email it can take up to 5 business days so it should be completed by then. Surely I can't be the only one who hasn't received the refund yet, if I am I'll be worried!
Hi what does everyone think cellular good opening price be and would you recommend trying buy on day for increases
Listing is Friday - see attached note on Investor page of CBX website:
https://www.cellulargoods.co/static/Cellular_Prospectus_Offering.pdf
Fundraise was 13x oversubscribed apparently. Roughly 6,000 retail investors took 1/4 of the shares on offer (68,000,000 in total). c190,000,000 went to the IIs.
Roll on Friday with my huge £600 worth of 5p shares ;-)

Hi, where did you find the CBX RNS?
any subscription up to the first £500 was allocated in full; plus
any subscription greater than £500 was allocated 2.85% of the additional amount above £500, up to a maximum total allocation of £2,500
Every investor will receive a refund of unused subscription monies, which will automatically be processed back to the same debit card you used to invest before admission of the shares to trading on 26th February 2021.
