That's from the results last week (or week before, I forget)
That's and RNS from 2019!
We'll see but it's very clear re money for Saudi especially, from the TW call (as I said in last post).
Beyond that the key word is "also" in the last sentence (i.e. TK funding is seperate to company overheads and Saudi).
I'm not being negative per se, I believe like you this will go much higher, but I believe it will be an impediment if it goes to say 2p+, then raises money, and a load of new buyers reading these posts are surprised and puke it like last time (which actually enabled me to get in to be fair). It will get to its value whatever, and it won't be in one go, GGP has been rising since December with stops on the way, and if that's what it takes for Kefi to 12x, fine :)
Reiterate - I think they have the power with Saudi to drive the SP well above here before going for funds, hence I added more only a couple of days ago even.
---
"The forecasts show that the Group will require further funding before the end of Q3 2020 in order to fund working capital and other obligations. The ability of the Company to carry out its planned business objectives is dependent on its ability to continue to raise adequate financing from lenders, shareholders and other investors to meet its funding requirements and to successfully continue to maintain informal extended settlement agreements with its suppliers until such funding is available. Financing will also be required to continue the development of the Tulu Kapi Gold Project through to production."
I think we may get a few RNS tomorrow or Monday. One of them that Spreadex have reduced their holding once again. Another that we have a new investor onboard. And finally, the SA assay results. That of which from today's sp rise looks to be very fruitful.
Still just a guess based of your past experience. Company's generally don't want to dilute of they don't have to and KEFI don't have too.
What is factual is that at 25mil mcap, 45mil being 2.5p, we would still be undervaled.
Expecting strong closes leading up to news, that I hope lands Monday morning.
On the call it's also clear that Gold and Copper are seperate pots - i.e. when TW says why not spin out Saudi, he says it's up to shareholders if they want to put money in to fund it (presume they will given prospects). With a fair wind this should get to all our targets regardless of the road travelled.
I have a good idea of how these companies think and work, it's v likely between announcing the Saudi results and Ethiopia they'll do a top-up (would be negligent not to on the v small chance there is a delay in Ethiopia). It's fine, if SP is 2p and £40m market cap, £2m to fund more drilling is 5% dilution. As I've said, gotta weigh dilution vs. value, which is why I nevertheless added more last week and this at 0.85, 1, 1.1.
That's your opinion, not factual based of the RNSs.
· TKGM is already in discussions with a range of Ethiopian investors and a number of international Specialist Mining Financiers, introduced by its shareholders KEFI and the Ethiopian Government, to ensure the required Project equity is secured WELL IN ADVANCE of the closure of the full financing package in October 2020.
· Following the passing of the 30 June 2020 deadline, KEFI is now in a position to look to draw these discussions to a conclusion.
They will nailed on raise money of some sort before 4p (!!) but hopefully well above these levels given news to come
Consolidating nicely a higher levels before the obvious push to the 2-3p range after Saudi news.
Those saying they're doubting finance - no problem, wait until the finance RNS comes through and pay your 4-7p per share then.
KEFI is timed to be significantly higher than its current 25mil mcap.
Tulu Kapi Project Economics
From a gold price-risk viewpoint, the development and finance plans withstand a flat gold price for the next ten years of c. US$1,100/oz - which approximates the lowest gold price experienced in over ten years. The average gold price for the past ten years was US$1,365/oz.
At the current gold price of circa US$1,700/oz, KEFI estimates:
· net cash flow of the open pit mine to be US$481 million; and
· the Definitive Feasibility Study ("DFS") based NPV of the open pit (US$300 million) added to that of the PEA-based NPV of the underground mine (US$110 million), totals to the aggregate Project NPV at 8% of US$411 million. NPV's are on after-tax cash net cash flows as at today.
I highly recommend reading the presentations on the website around TK.

I suspect this is more a leak of the Saudi JORC RNS - could be 3 to 4 p this week

not sure if already posted but this is predicting 2.5p if we can break out above 1.2p which we seem to have done - lets hope we keep above 1.2 p and keep rising now!
Spreadex, the only seller currently below 5% at Sub 92mil shares on June the 2nd. Likely to expect a reduced holdings RNSs shortly while volume is starting to pick up.
News rich period to follow.
2.5p should be gone in a matter of days, imho
Spreadex goddammit! ;)
After the 2.5p gets taken out, where do we go to then?
My guess is into the 4-7p range, based on company specific and macro market fundamentals.
Gold is at a HIGH and RISING, do we really still doubt the likelihood of the deal being done?
I sincere believe it will and that KEFI will benefit us all, especially as will more to that 2-3p range
Haven't bagged once yet so very much in warm up. L2 thinning out again on the Ask in the face of rampant volume.
Not sure you can use inverted commas around that +ve, it's a quote from yourself. There's no rush for the news IMO, SP is up about 60% from lows of last week without it.
Still very cheap at a TINY sub 30mil mcap.
'TRANSFORMATIONAL RNS Due!'
8am Monday morning perhaps?
What will that do to the price breakout happening now?
Dyor, trasformative news rich period ahead for KEFI. Beginning of a Re rate, as sentiment turns from stone COLD to HOT, and we start to have a fresh look at the compelling investment case we have here.
I think reality's about to hit that one... They'll be better off in KEFI.
The EUA guys need to get their money in here quick.
to be fair I don't think any of the regular posters on this board have sold out full stop (before today at least!)
There will be many not expecting this shrp rise and will be looking to get in cheaper now. Sorry for those that sold, but hey ho.
I can sell you soe of my 661,000 for 4p each lol
