Gently does it is fine with me
With so many shares now dispersed I think that we are unlikely to see any big spikes in the SP - the SP will rise steadily over the next couple of years as the new orders and revenue increase.
ITX has its main partners in place we now await a steady flow of orders - I think that it is unlikely that we will get a blockbuster RHS - patience is the key now but we should re-rate towards 3p I think over the next couple of weeks.
At a guess Woodford had just over 51 mill shares the bod took a few of them by the looks of it brokers got the rest we traded 168 mill on the 15th and approx 40 mill the following 3 days I can't see there being much left. Plus I think we have a buyer in the back ground.
Good posts just need the sp to rise now and not be stuck here for weeks
Jarv55, thank you for the information, appreciated. makes you realise just how much work and time has gone into this just to get to where it is today, which in terms of revenue is still a fledgling business. It has definitely been for the patient investor, but another year or so could be transformational if things come off for them.

Itaconix receives first purchase order from Nouryon for personal care polymer
Itaconix has received its first purchase order from Nouryon to supply its polymer for Nouryon's new Amaze SP product under the previously announced exclusive global supply agreement for Nouryon to market Itaconix polymers in personal care applications.
Itaconix has marketed and sold its personal care polymer since 2017 under its own RevCare NE100S brand. The Company will now withdraw the brand from the market and transition its accounts and projects for RevCare NE100S to Nouryon and its new Amaze SP product.
RevCare NE100S has achieved use across a broad range of hair and skin care applications during its initial launch by Itaconix. Starting from a small base in 2017, demand in Europe, North America and Asia has progressed steadily through 2018 and year-to-date 2019, indicating accelerating uptake in customer formulations.
John R. Shaw, CEO of Itaconix, stated: "The upcoming transition from RevCare NE100S to Amaze SP is an important step for Itaconix and the broader use of our polymers in personal care. While this first order is small, it marks another milestone for our success at turning our unique chemistries into products for key consumer needs, establishing their value with initial customer use, and scaling globally with market leaders."

First European Order for New Detergent Polymer
Itaconix is pleased to announce that, following successful trials, it has received its first order from a European customer for its latest bio-based detergent polymer. The customer is a major producer of non-phosphate automatic dishwashing detergent products. Itaconix polymers allow formulators to meet increasing consumer demands for environmentally-friendly products without compromising performance.
The new detergent polymer, which was introduced in 2018, has gained broad use in a new generation of North American automatic dishwashing detergents. However, this expansion of use into the European market represents a significant milestone for the Company due to the higher performance demands for automatic dishwashing detergents in Europe.
Dr. Jim Gordon, Director of Cleaning & Hygiene at Itaconix, said: "Europe presents special challenges for detergent formulators. Hard water conditions and high-temperature dishwashing machine cycles create difficult barriers for new detergent ingredients to gain acceptance. Building on our success in North America, we have now demonstrated that our new polymer delivers unique value and performance that meets the demands of European customers."
John R. Shaw, CEO of Itaconix, stated: "As phosphates are phased out due to environmental concerns, our novel bio-based polymers are stepping in to enable a new generation of safer detergent products that set new standards for performance, value, and increased sustainability. We expect European detergent use will support our forecast revenues for 2020 and beyond."

"More environmentally conscious consumers are driving demand for eco-friendlier and bio-based personal care products," said Lynnette Bowen, Global Marketing Director Personal Care at Nouryon. "By adding Itaconix's proprietary polymers to our portfolio, we're enabling our customers to create greener formulations without compromising on technical performance, helping them to meet fast-changing market trends and consumer demands."
Nouryon currently offers a wide range of products to support the personal care and hair styling industries, including aesthetic modifiers, conditioning agents, rheology modifiers, film formers, cleansing agents, emulsifiers and active ingredients that provide easy-to-use solutions for formulating innovative and sustainable hair and skin care products.
AB Ghosh, Managing Director, Surface Chemistry at Nouryon, commented: "We are pleased to conclude this agreement, which clearly shows the potential that Itaconix's technology has across our portfolio. Partnering allows us to bring even more innovation to customers, and we're excited to introduce the functionality and versatility of these bio-based polymers to the market."
Peter Nieuwenhuizen, Chief Technology Officer at Nouryon, added: "Our two supply agreements demonstrate the success and value of our joint efforts with Itaconix to deliver new and better solutions to our customers. We see that Itaconix polymers can complement our product range through their unique hybrid properties, straddling dispersion, film formation, chelation, scale inhibition, and rheology modification."
John R. Shaw, CEO of Itaconix, stated: "This agreement is another major step towards increasing our revenue growth by accessing more customer opportunities through worldwide leaders in key application areas. As we commercialize our deep pipeline of proprietary itaconate chemistries, we are moving faster to identify new uses fo

Jarv55, thanks. I wasn’t so much worried about the 2 orders, more about none announced since. I do remember seeing this rocket to over 8p last year when they announced one of their supplier agreements, only to be immediately sold into. I do think if they can achieve their projections this year and next, together with more join ups with global companies then this should be multiples of today’s price. Good luck.
Welcome aboard Mike ref your worry about 2 orders it is who they have the orders with that is important. They have now gone from having a couple of customers in N America to having customers in Europe, Russia, India and the Middle East. It is global.
Ok I’m in. first 220k, more tomorrow and the next day.
Jarv55, thank you. I have seen one or two of them before. I was just feeling cautious because they hadn’t announced any more orders since those 2 that were announced. Perhaps I am thinking too much. Still under 2p which is very tempting.

I am pondering buying in here. Just looking at this years Rns’s I noticed they announced they had received 2 orders, 1 they describe as small and the other no figures mentioned. Can anyone help me with this please. Is the first half year revenue just down to the 2 orders
if not who else are they selling to. Also given the fact that they announced these orders, does that in theory mean they have not added anymore. One last thing where or who is the increase in revenue coming from in the 2nd half of the year. I would appreciate any help, I do think the prospects look good, but slightly worried at the lack of more orders, that’s if they intend to announce every one received. Thanks.
Listen to the most recent interview the scope of household products is huge I have a feeling there will be another deal before the year end.

The company now has established routes to market in multiple product areas, and we believe this offers a compelling platform for revenue growth in 2019, 2020, 2021
For fiscal year (FY) 2019e, in spite of a delayed ramp-up of sales earlier in the year, we continue to forecast revenue to more than double. We are forecasting 2019e revenue of £1.5mln, with the underlying (LBITDA) loss narrowing to £1.5mln. We are forecasting a positive year-end net cash position, and we believe that cash resources are sufficient to fund the company's development through to profitability in 2021.
In our in-depth report - "Gaining global reach, March 2019" - we highlighted a number of global comparators, companies with similarly sized market opportunities, and similar or earlier-stage levels of development. Market valuations of these peers suggest 3-5x upside to the Itaconix share price. We believe that the valuation of Itaconix may be depressed due to the shares held by Woodford Investments, whose issues have been widely reported in the media. This overhang notwithstanding, we believe that the fundamental value proposition can drive a re-rating during the next 12 months.
