Hopefully the 2 parties have got the drama out of their system and we can finally get on with the matter in hand of getting our company into production. We have until Friday on the exclusive period on the smelter and the funds are there. First step, sign that deal. Today would be great but I am sure it is in hand.
Next issue, Grosvenor investment. I have concerns over a comment made by Martin in a recent BR business interview where he mentioned one of the ways they could invest was to take on the debt for the smelter. Maybe it was just poorly chosen words but I can't see how they could take on the debt for the smelter without owning it. We have worked hard to get it Mr Eales, don't mess up all the good work. If he had said use the funds to pay off the debt for the smelter it would have been different, although I can think of better use for the funds.
He mentioned about talks on the solar power plant for the site. I have done the maths and we don't have the funds for anywhere near 7.5mw power for the plant. The funds would be better used for solar plant which they own but we have a long term contract at cost to use. It's in everyone's interest as power generation in South Africa is a concern. This investment may not come into fruition but if it does what are people's thoughts on the matter?

The placing raise £4.5m out of the £5m that Grosvenor would have paid. So now that they have almost all the monies they were looking for. The board should accept to issue the 560M shares at £0.01 to grove nor to get their £5m and use those £5m to buy back the shares newly issued at £0.003 at say £.0035 That would be fair.
Steven49. I hope this works out. Finances are in place and the ball is rolling. Make no mistakes, management here are by no means innocents. They held on too long for a Grosvenor deal that hasn't happened, the share price was actually supported by the interest of another party. Even in the recent RNS they talk of Grosvenor as stakeholders. For that you need to have a stake, therefore an investment in the company. We are stakeholders, investors new AND old.
That said and done, this is a new chapter but they have to prove themselves. First of all sign the deal for the smelter. Paperwork should be good to go, hell we are already working on the refurb. Then on to the next step. Grosvenor, by all means invest (but not at.3p). You have had much opportunity to do so. Jennings is an ACTUAL stakeholder, so play nice. Same goes to you Mr Jennings. Clean slate. Let's get the job done.
Yes Jennings exit side left ! Earle’s and Cox get their act together and deliver on time !!!!
Time move on, not idiots, just not tell truth, have say Jennings timing was killer 4 share price, and I'm sure would have been nearer. . 7p, warrants r a killer at placing price, should been much higher
Just formality really result, my feeling Jennings could start sell his holding,
I hope we ger the result RNS before the end of the day
