Nice one Spud. It's always been obvious Lisa NEVER acknowledges the facts and strength of the project. I look forward to the day when she's irrelevant.
Hi dawski37 I am now not going to the AGM but you have my full support for the actions you intend to take.It should be an interesting AGM & there will be no hiding for anyone from INFA however if this Company goes to where I think it can we will all
be very grateful to JW & his team.

The realistic time frame needs to be clarified tomorrow at the A.G.M .Fair questions need to be raised and I am confident that an adequate and expedited process will be confirmed ...I will raise the issue if no one else does..be assured as this aspect has dragged on for long enough ;so too has the non receipt of E.U. funds !! Once we can overcome ML and FID we have a very bright future ...don't you all agree ?!! I opened this chat line as usual a few minutes ago and saw the large number of posts already --did not need to scroll down and find the source !!!
Lisa. As usual you ignore all questions that will prove your irrelevance here and prefer to push your anti-infa agenda. The time for your futile efforts will soon be over......
I understand and totally respect the need for facts. I always research and respect others that do likewise. However, these organisations would never answer direct questions from mere members of the public, especially when those answers could be construed as price sensitive. Sadly, when dealing with government organisations, speculation is all we have. That is the nature of investing in speculative companies such as INST. I wish you well.
Speedy, feel free to ignore me, I just suggested you dyor & email DAERA to get a better idea of time frame instead of speculating on this board. If you & others don’t want to do a bit of fact finding, that’s up to you ... go well all today ..
Speedy- she is flogging a dead horse for me and a good majority of here earlier clan have now come to their senses.
The project will bring hundreds of jobs safegauard H&W and help with much needed improvements.
what is pertinent to you and what is pertinent to DAERA is probably miles apart, But I am sure you will do your best.
Lisa. Please state once again why, as a non shareholder and a non backer of this project, you feel you need to advise us shareholders?
Hi Tango, all information submitted must be carefully considered by DAERA. If a pertinent issue is missed then any outcome could possibly be open to legal challenge imo. I strongly suggest contacting DAERA on time frame of decision making process ... always best to dyor.
For timeframes have a great day all must go eyes are bad must rest
Do they have to convert by the 14 th feb if so dose that mean more dilution again // Love to know infa cash balance . Hopefully great news soon so we all be better of .,
Timeframe will be dependant on the KEY stakeholders, process will be followed but things of importance can be fast tracked.
Hi Speedy, have you emailed DAERA yet to enquire over the time frame? I’m not making any assumption here on the outcome, just answering a question of time frame...
Blair- to state the company will not be worth £25mill ("0.7 dont hold your breath") is rediculous, maybe a frustrated LTH but posting negativity is not going to improve anything for anybody, Markets are 90% sentiment driven. There is a saying if you have nothing good to say don't say anything.
Lisa. You respect everyone's opinions EXCEPT all those backing this project! I'm not surprised you're back here trying once again, in futility, to dent shareholder sentiment. The protestors fire which last year burned bright is nothing more than embers.........and will soon be dead!
Hi Lottie, you are perfectly entitled to your opinion & I respect your view. However the process is what it is & many a project has fallen down on procedure, so imo this one will proceed carefully with DAERA as a neutral party, neither for or against the project. What you say about many people having the same issue to be addressed could well be the case, but it only takes one single issue that needs clarification or a single point of law that needs addressed for any process to take longer than anticipated. That is why hard to say how long the process could take, as many unknowns, but months is what has been indicated. All imo ...
Hi Lee. Yes, much to be done, I agree. However, in my experience as a low level politician, in the past, the public are like empty vessels. They make noise at first but then are too lazy to get involved. I would imagine only a few negative issues were repeated time and time again. Significant work has already been done on the overall impact of the project. My personal opinion, one that has convinced me become a shareholder recently, is that this government is committed to bringing jobs to the regions, which this will certainly do. Additionally, our commitment to remove all coal fired power generation by 2025 (only 5 remaining plants) puts further pressure on the time needed to get this type of energy securing project delivered.
Hi Lottie, it may be worthwhile you contacting DAERA re timeframe. It is my understanding from meeting with them that all responses to the pc from stakeholders & public must be read, considered, ensure all questions answers & matters arising addressed. Further information may also be required. After this the competent authority (in this case the NIEA) have to compile a full HRA (infa have done a sHRA). More work to be done imo, but please contact DAERA re timeframe & of course dyor.
Surely not months away - MAX TWO MONTHS imo
The share purchase by the boss of the gas storage project, as announced yday, should be a confidence boost to all. She will have undoubtedly attended all the public meetings and had untold contact with the decision makers. Given a prelim authority was granted way before the public consultations, the decision should not take long.
Hi Guys, a decision on the ML is months away, not saying this timeframe is an indicator of whether it will/won’t be issued, just that this is the length of the process...
ANY one know the time frame on the ml yes or no ..Hopefully yes as a few are getting down here .. I can understand you guys i been there loads of times with shares and some very large write offs
Setanta
I completely respect your view and assume you are indeed a long term frustrated holder. Confidence in this share has indeed been on the floor over the past 12 months, I share your view and opinions
However I am now starting to regain a belief that things will turn around. Share confidence comes and goes in cycles especially on the aim market, but I now think Infa is positioned to turnaround and enter a new bullish period. Plenty of potential news ahead on all fronts although today's news on the FRSU project was essentially a further delay hence the halt in any further move upwards.
My message is keep the faith here and I do believe 070p will be easily achieved this year.
