For anyone that doesn’t understand how a SP consolidates its typically mm’s collecting shares for a short term rise, as they did today. Low bid and high ask to rid of weak/impatient sellers and put off people waiting for an entry.
Theres not going to be much opportunity to build a holding here given low free float (i reckon as low as 2-3% is in circulation as 90% owned by institutions and a further 7-8% in sticky hands like mine) so take the opportunity while its around (if it is around) as today small buys were sending this to NT even after mm’s had collected shares and set the ask aggressively high to put off buyers.
Imo opinion this consolidates around 3.6-4.4 over the next few sessions before next leg up. Happy to hold. Gla
Lol an 80 pound buy and they move bid up. Ask has remained consistently high throughout the day.
Broker forecast: Strong buy
Barchat: 100% Buy
KPI: Strong buy 12/12
Extracts from recent rns:
Outlook
As a result of the actions taken during 2018, we ended the year in a much stronger position than we started it with a strong leadership team, an appropriate cost base and clear focus on operational execution and customer service to drive increased profitability and cash generation. The refinancing, which was completed post year end, has provided long term funding and means that the Company has no other external debt, as the Loan Notes are held solely by shareholders, and predominantly by the largest shareholders.
With the upheaval of last year behind us, we are now focused on driving the core activities necessary to support our customers and rebuild value for shareholders. Towards the end of the year, several of the Group's material customers renewed their contracts with IDE, some on a multi-year basis, and at the time of writing, the pipeline of opportunities across the business both with existing and new customers and partners is the strongest it has been since my involvement. I am also pleased to report that the Group has been trading profitably at an Adjusted EBITDA level in the year to date. We are confident our strategy is on track and look forward to reporting continued progress throughout the current year. The Board remains confident of the Group's future prospects.
Ali thats for you to decide. I do know mm’s are giving this a good shake about today in anticipation of news landing soon. Could you get cheaper? Possibly. Could you miss out? Possibly
It wont fall lower than 3.5p and the next push will see it up around 6p so imo it is a v good entry (i’ve added quite a few today myself) but whether or not you want to is entirely your decision.
hi adam i haven't added during all the recent rises - is this a good entry price
No share will ever fly up in a straight line (unless it opens up high due to an rns) the more and more shares in stickier hands the better as the impatient sell, we gobble them up. We’l be at or just past 6p before months end given we broke 4p earlier than expected. Just a case of waiting patiently and letting the mm’s do what they need to whilst rerating the stock. Gla
Thanks Adam, I see it now.
"Showing as a sell by the way!" - So it is, sneaky.
Showing as a sell by the way!
I can see your buy for £3,386 Nabmth - so if your using lse the easiest way is search ide in the search icon and the one you’d typically click on is (IDE) however theres also (IDE,GB,PL) just above it, when clicking on there it shows nex on the main page and lists a number of trades. Theres also the next website but thats more drawn out. Hope this helps
Adam can I ask where you're seeing the NEX trades please? I just added another 80685 but can't see it listed anywhere...
Adamk I've made that mistake before (won't be making it again), bought back in this morning.
Quite a few buys over on nex (some shown in red due to large spread and buys below mid price - 4.19 just now was my buy). Gla
Its crazy how some see a drop in price and let go of their shares immediately , same thing this morning. Mm’s collected say 100k shares and sold 50k back before not quoting further and having to negotiate a trade. They’ve done the same thing again and again its now NT to buy anything at 4.20.
Those that are holding short term for the real gains, are going to be the real winners here. Those thinking they can trade and make small profits will always end up paying more or regretting not being in for when its let go. Clear for anyone to see how short the mm’s are on stock, the more getting transferred to stickier hands the better. Gla
Exactly, wanted to add some more and being given perfect opportunity. Thank you weaklings.
Shaking a few impatient holders out !
I must admit IDE shares have become rather addictive this year though.
There's only one trading strategy here, which I've been doing since last year, which is to keep accumulating, keep buying the dips and don't sell. Keep tightening up the share holding and let nature take it's course. Anything else is a waste of time IMO.
Those selling under 20-30p are really missing the point!
Look how many shares mm’s picked up on that shake, they then raised the ask on a fraction of buys so they can keep the rest and move price up, enticing profit takers and repeat. Schoolboy stuff - will be the same up to 10p. 6p before the weeks out imo. Gla
One or two petty buys and its back at NT to buy. Thats enough intraday sp commentary from me just know guys were only going one way and thats north, do not fall victim to mm’s games and give your shares away at current price.
Mm’s on their usual fishing trip. Keeping the ask high and bring the bid down some..
If they bring the ask down chasing sellers, you can be sure il be punishing them. Added another grands worth this morning, not showing on lse but went through on nex at 4.74. Have plenty of cash at the ready to punish the mm’s. Happy hunting
Some very subtlety bullish points made by the chairman in the restoration rns where he goes into thorough details outlining every aspect of the company. So far so good and i have a feeling whatever's said today will help the SP in its climb back to 30p as thats where he said he wants the SP following the changes made.
Gla very exciting times.
Cheers guys, maybe get a heads up on contracts later. Gla
