The problem Trustpilot has, is that the report is essentially true, as many business owners can attest to. They came after my business very strongly for even linking to our own reviews from our own website. They considered the fact we said we have '5 star reviews on major review sites' a breach of their trademark, didn't even use their name, and displayed a warning on our reviews until we removed that text (which didn't even have the word Trustpilot anywhere) - it certainly feels like extortion. Paying them of course would cancel the cease and desist notice.

I wonder if they're planning on a merger with/acquisition by Cloudcoco.

I'm 99% sure they're not going bankrupt so buy it whilst it's cheap

They're offering 3.5p for 500k shares.

Remember the interims are coming out at the end of the month...and they're expected to be good.

I don't think you can read too much into it, it's otherwise as expected. The guy who attended on Advfn said that the interims will be out next month, I think that'll be our next big leg up.

I must admit IDE shares have become rather addictive this year though.

There's only one trading strategy here, which I've been doing since last year, which is to keep accumulating, keep buying the dips and don't sell. Keep tightening up the share holding and let nature take it's course. Anything else is a waste of time IMO.

Those selling under 20-30p are really missing the point!

To buy £5k worth is around 3.2p, £10k+ is 3.9p :)

An interesting thought here might be that if MXC decided to acquire a similar sized company to IDE and merge them, you'd have a company with revenues and a service portfolio to start rivalling IOMart (with Mcap of £360M)?

I think the number of shares in play here is even less than most think. There's a few here who claim to hold over half a million who aren't selling if ever, myself included, and I've recommended this to a few people who are at the same level. Once you factor in the closely held shares, I'd be very surprised if there's more than about 3-4% available under say, 15p.
