As I said before. I hope your positivity bears fruit! GLA.
Where is the dectn debate you are creating? You don't seem to know much about anything and knew if less when you were holding here. I presume you used to own, sold at a loss, but can't let it go - see your type 1000ntimes on every board going.
The directors are in constant talks with various people so my guess would be they are effectively in perminant lockout period.
The price is back to where it was before flu-v passed the most recent phase, effectively discounting the entire value of flu-v. Even at fire sale prices for a company just to lock away so no one else gets their hands on it, it would be 50-100m, and the company is also doing better at conserving money than it was the last time the price was down here
Have you and your chums considered taking up the slack to improve the SP? It would appear that only sellers in the market at present so why is that. Why haven't the BOD put their hands into their very deep pockets at this price??????? At least I'm creating a decent debate rather than throwing praise at the BOD who has overseen a collapse in the SP over the past three years.
Moniman
My opinion is that the directors have a job to do and it may not be as well performed as I would like it still is far from 'milking the company'...
My gripe isn't with the directors.. it's with you and your p#ss# poor effort at deramping... Gues what bud ... It's not working...
Differing opinions are fine but there's a big difference between disagreeing and people like you making ridiculous claims about directors milking the company and the idea it's about to fold. Then spouting nonsense about Seek on top. I think you need some deramping lessons, just a little tip - it's more believable if you at least make sense.
You clearly haven't read the previous posts. There is no point in having a discussion board if everyone is going to agree to everything everyone says; that's 'Communism' and this is not a communist forum is it?
You sound more stupid with every post you make, what exactly are 'SEEK doing' and what in your opinion is the reason they are doing it
My views only reflect those of the market, and the market is saying this company and the management are doing a #pis#s poor job for their shareholders. I have never known a BOD in a small private company to hold such few shares...one has to ask why.....it would appear that they are just milking it for all they can so long as there's enough money left in the pot to pay their salaries? And what Seek are doing is just a bad. What are your thoughts???
Moniman. Why would pi's be selling due to Woodford... Don't make no sense. Once Woodford and crew is done watch what happens to so....
Really can't understand your agenda here mate... Apart from the deramp ofcourse
Loads off selling going on, in fact every trade appears to be a sell, I assume all the PI's are bailing out because Woodford has been sacked and his fund is being unwound?
The day most have expected
It’s only been transferred to it’s administration manager. Keep your eyes peeled as an opp will arise
The way I see this is that Imutex and the current BOD will possibility wait for HVO to fold and they will walk away with the FLu V and Malaria vaccines for nothing maybe??? Any more positive thoughts out there???
I would if I could ;)
There are no bidders it would appear. Who's going to buy 16million shares?
That post says a lot about your angle here - I personally think they'd prefer the highest bidder
So th transfer is to Link Fund Solutions Ltd not Blackrock. This is because they are not tradable shares. One assumes then that Link Fund Solutions Ltd will just sell them to the lowest bidder very shortly?
Lol!!!
Not sure that there has been a sale. It would appear that the shares have just been temporarily transferred to Blackrock according to ADVFN website??? I wonder what Blackrock will do with them if this is actually what has happened???
Probably a mad man with deep pockets.
Well now we know why the SP has been driven down.
So who is the buyer :)
