'some really determined folk who are on stupid pills........'
Give yourself a shake - can you hear the rattle?
Green
Nope
GL
Clearly!!!!! Shorters (this BB is overflowing with "the usual" de-rampers at the moment) are desperately trying to de-stabilize the SP and drop this below 30p.... the trouble is: most investors (and especially day traders) see we are in oversold territory in the low 30's... so a bottom is forming which IMHO will be virtually impossible to break unless we are hit by some mysterious mega bad news.
I am banking on the next RNS clearing up some of the ambiguity and adding a few more positive drivers to the SP and a big buy-back pushing this back above 40p in the very near future.
GL A "genuine" investors :-)
Chablard, will that be the same chatter that said WW was going swimmingly.......ffs
Ok . I give up. Life's too short
And yes a lot of us have heard the chatter in Aberdeen for the past four weeks or so, and is the reason why I am keeping my powder dry
GLA
Tindrum
I'm still not convinced I'm afraid, I do see the potential here and am thinking long term. Happy to buy more at 20p so thanks to whoever produced that result!
MTV,
'Yet again! Why would HUR RNS the results of the current well testing in late December if nothing had changed........Wakey Wakey............'
Did you read the RNS? :O)
WW
"The impact that this well will have on how the Company views the GWA accumulation and its associated volumetrics will require further technical analysis. The GWA joint venture is now assessing the optimal appraisal strategy for the GWA, and Hurricane will provide an update in due course.
Lancaster
"Further progress is also being made in our understanding of the Lancaster reservoir. Uninterrupted vessel uptime combined with good well productivity have allowed us to carry out additional data gathering whilst remaining in line with guidance for Q4 2019. We will provide a further update later in December.

You on the happy pills.
You quote me saying now NOT a good time to buy. And in the next breath say
"Wasting your time Tindrum, you would have more success teaching your Labrador retriever to play 5 card stud, some really determined folk who are on stupid pills...."
Yeah Lady S i just miss your charm
and you may well be correct
TinDrum,
"Bye all best of luck"
You said you were going, you admitted don't hold HUR any longer, the only reason you are still here is to buy in lower perhaps?
i never said HUR had too much oil ! you did , i said HUR is stuck without a partner. After the last drill and other bad news i think one is now less likely so we have to value HUR on the producing well.
We aint got anyone with a couple of billion to take the risk/reward gamble.
Dead parrot yeah sorry just a joke .
I lost over £9k in this share in 2014/15 and have steered clear ever since - now may be a good time to try and get my money back but I can't bring myself around to hit that buy button.
You said HUR's problem is finding a partner, because it's got so much oil.
You then call it a dead parrot.
You're not credible.
Tindrum
Why did you say "you" rampers when I just said now would be a precarious time to buy and agreed with you
So, you mean 'too much oil'!
Longwait You wont be seeing any of that PE in divs
Its also future development HUR needs a partner farmin or a buyout to move to the next stage , otherwise all its got it untapped potential
'The MCAP here has always been too high'
Post of the day!
We know - too many shares.
Just wonder whether you will ever get beyond the chapter on market capitalisation and read the one on price earnings ratios.
And then let us know of a company whose prospective price earnings ratio has always been around two.
Tindrum
Although I agree now would be a precarious time to buy with so much negative sentiment and nothing from the bod .
I would point out your continuous poking at an open wound with your dirty little stick shows you up in your true light as a mean minded git
If it happens as he predicted, he will be crowing about it, and if it doesn't then he'll hope everyone has forgotten he said it - and if they haven't, he'll make a similar boast on another share instead.
OK Albi
Hur currently 11000 bpd , with a super oilfield WOS looking less likely ,we will ignore the water issue as that would just kill it. So bench marking it against other oilys producing the same then i think i am being generous . Lots of other oilys also have great potential DOYR
The MCAP here has always been too high i have said it many time,s artificially raised by excitably PIs dreaming of gold .
So i recon a 350m to 500m Mcap is correct !its currently at 650m ,thats a massive number for 11000bpd imo. yeah yeah i know the potential.
I don't think anyone can predict anything much wrt HUR at the mom....If TDG is right, I'll go around to his house, stand outside, sing a few carols and hope he puts some spare change in the tin.
Remember Scrooge had a good reputation on the stock exchange and that his signature carried weight.
That's it , the w/e starts now.... see you all on Monday, don't mutter under your breath please. Just think of your family and health.... they're top of my Crimbo Tree.....
So Tindrum
Would you care to tell the good folk on this board what you base your prediction on? By that I mean with some precision.
10 days time 33p will be a distant dream you'll wish you had taken . Looking to get back in low to mid 20s .
Extrader
Someone for some reason is driving the SP down. I agree with your analysis - Trice, having read around and examined comments, was extremely positive and remarked notably on being 'ahead of schedule'. In my view - I am beginning to wonder if we have a buyer lining up to reduce the Mcap.
Ha ... and the link I put up was to HUR.... but we still managed to confuse each other... All neat and tidy now...thank you....
