Huge delay in purchases my guess .After close .Time to buy imo
MaverickD, I have been on the L2 since the opening and I can assure you that countless blocks of £10K-£25K shares have been purchased. imo the only explanation to whats going on is II selling & refilling the ASK @ 6.7-6.72 and shorters buying to cover, otherwise we should have seen a drop below 6.60
Books looks abit better now though so I think we'll see a little run towards the closing
Three 1m buys just gone through at 6.9p - that will be our buyer. Own up who sold to fill those orders?
What we know - both wells were producing 15,500 barrels per day, but one was temporarily closed due to instability. We have the other well (205/21a-6) producing at 10,300 barrels per day and Hurricane are testing the maximum sustainable rates from this well.
I believe they may well be able to get this well flowing at a rate closer to 15,500. Then it is a case of seeing what engineering fixes can be employed to get well 205/21a-7Z flowing.
Hurricane’s biggest shareholder is Kerogen and I believe they are the ones buying at these levels!
10 days since we heard about 205/21a-7Z, so we may well get an update on this front soon.
dandelion1 - any timescales on that massive move upwards ... and a reason or two ?
HUR hasn't even started catching up with the Oil price, simply way too undervalued here, SP will correct eventually, and I believe the subsequent upward moves will be massive.
HUR SP is now clearly either at or very very near the bottom here IMO, although this incredibly low valuation makes no fundamental sense at all but that's markets! Therefore I believe we'll see a sharp rise in coming days and hopefully that should provide momentum for much further upward moves ahead.
I agree Maverick
Looking set for a rally it looks like the base is formed......oil up and the FTSE powering ahead.
