Yes and thanks for the other effort people have done here. Someone mentioned writing 8 emails. Someone mentioned writing to BP. Thanks for the effort although for those big companies this is like small change but who knows they decide on it. Takeover panel has clearly suggested that even though it is a takeover by bondholders, yet there is no code that exists in their rule book. FCA and Ombudsman have their own slow processes. I am sure CA will be present in the court hearing of 21st. But will they have an alternative plan by then is the key question. Anthony Maris clearly has proved to be a non believer in hurricane or a firm believer in running this company down and that is why we are where we are. Many other oil explorers kept exploring and getting finances and here we are as an oil producer being given end scenarios.
Someone referred to PWC. I worked for PWC at one time and all that they do is check if figures match in accounts. Rest they did as their client asked to. Infact they are always keen to know what is expected of them which they faithfully do.
Senseman... PwC Yes or No?

Keep bringing your list of agencies to complain to the the top of the board 2 or 3 times a day. It has worked, and will continue to work. People vastly appreciate being given the information, and from it draw enough juice to write the required email. Regards
Have a relaxing weekend everyone. I feel for all the people who lost here . I had to accept my loss even though life changing and at my age but this is the price we all pay when we get into shares. Just remember to say good words to your family, kiss your child, go for a walk and remember it is all in the head. You are still the same person as you would have been with profit. We may or may not get a knight in shining armour but we still have our lives. Live it please!
“Silence is actually good, as no shareholder now trusts this BoD, “
But the ones who sold do!!..
Lol..
Have a nice weekend everyone
Silence is actually good, as no shareholder now trusts this BoD, and with Brent around $70, CA will have increased options here, interesting week ahead.

What better way to hedge against your investment than buying bonds following the below statement by HUR?
"It should be noted that there is a risk of significant dilution to existing shareholders from a possible restructuring and/or partial equitisation of the convertible bonds and of potentially limited or no value being returned to shareholders. "
