sillyf, are you really 22years old , sound like a unbalanced kid, who had problems at birth, God have mercy on you, Amen.
Malrees...only July, feels hell of alot longer.
It's simple, that's one hell of a coincidence in share numbers don't you think, who else has that many?
Of course, everyone else speculates this company and guesses what is happening, so thought I'd add my thoughts.
If I'm right, it will all fall into place.
Whatever the if's and maybe's of that trade the simple fact is Fri was the highest finish of the day at 3p since the bombshell RNS.
Towards close yesterday it was 3.2p for anything over a million so I think we all know what direction the SP is going in next week

"Flynch, shares now belong to the company.
You are right, an RNS will be issued if such a transaction has occured."
I notice you have only been here since July, but that aside, will you please set out your reasoning for your statement please?

rumour has it that trice and CA are mounting a hostile takeover at these low prices to buy the company back - remove kerogen and cronies - and prove that the original CPR was correct...Oh and they are going to get " a bigger boat" and it is not for the giant squid
just joking...
Exactly this, who cares who owned those shares, they have a new owner now...
I think Dr Trice averaged down, doubled his holding:) maybe:)
Dr T owns 1.35% of the company.
What difference is it going to make if he sells or not..?
Surely any shares "taken back" by the company would have led to an RNS cancelling the shares and thus reducing the issued shares of the company. They most certainly would not have been sold into the market as you speculate / misinform!

Did relinquish his shares...here's why...
Resignation on the basis of lacking competence can quite easily be paired with a deep discount on any sort of compensation out of etiquette - essentially you are acknowledging you’re not the right fit and forfeiting your chance at future profit, and you are leaving unfinished business for someone else to clean up and take care of.
His shares will automatically become/remain the property of Hurricane. In walks Mr M.
There would have been a messy battle regards his competence, hence the 11th September review. That was DRT being discredited, 1 week later he is left with just under 1000 shares, shares he probably, physically bought himself.
