Joe,
"aduk:
jfyi, Premier are drilling on Solan next month with Transocean Leader."
I wish 'em the best of luck.

Alexios,
"Sorry my response back to you in a hurry."
No sweat, just a little misunderstanding!
But personally I reckon any eventual tieback of any future well to Premier's infrastructure is pretty much of a non-starter idea. The relinquishment of Strathmore indicates that HUR isn't interested in that bit of territory, and frankly I wouldn't be surprised if PMO don't close down Solan as a loss pretty soon, anyway.
All just personal opinion, of course.
Adoubleuk,
Thank you for your thoughts regarding Solan tie in of Lincoln well(-s).
Sorry my response back to you in a hurry.
Alexious,
"So this is a no goer.
Thank you adoubleuk"
I read this and hit the ceiling! But then rapidly back to a soft landing on my sofa.
Because from your first phrase I thought you were implying that GWA (and HUR in general) was a 'no-goer'.
But then saw that wasn't what you meant.
But yes, I believe that a tie-in by Hurricane (or Spirit) to Solan will never happen, nor even be seriously countenanced. It's worth thinking back to some 2016 interviews that Dr Trice gave, regarding Lancaster being a 'focal point' for quite a lot of WoS development infrastructure. It had a nickname, the 'Hurricane Hub'. In essence, I don't think I see anything changing about that, though it may be a few years hence.
So this is a no goer.
Thank you adoubleuk
Alexios,
I see nobody's replied to you.
"Did anyone thought of why can they not plug Lincoln Crestal producer to Solan platform? Solan has 28kbopd capacity and the field is currently producing around 2800bopd. Surely Premier would be interested to utilise Solan for extra income???"
Premier might be, but why should Hurricane / Spirit?
Check out how much Solan has cost Premier so far. It's a f***in' white elephant, and part of the reason for their debt. The thing's losing money by the day, and ought to be decommissioned asap, but that'd cost 'em yet more.
Though if Premier decide to buy Centrica's share in Spirit, that might change things. But I very much doubt that will happen.
