storey89 thanks for that
BOU will suspend early in October, it hasn't got long to go but then it does have the 6 months while suspended of course.
You do realise all here don't you that everytime someone sells it goes down and then we get a filtered post.
Kinda boring and predictable.
no worries, ive asked the question on their bb
Unk you say "They won't de-list regardless what happens, plenty of time yet, many many months, worst case absolute worst case still would not be a de-list." This is complete codswallop. The rules are as clear as you like.
"Following completion of the Sale, the Company is categorised by AIM as an AIM Rule 15 cash shell. As such, the Company will be required to make an acquisition or acquisitions which constitute a reverse takeover under Rule 14 of the AIM Rules on or before the date falling six months from completion or be re-admitted to trading on AIM as an investing company under the AIM Rules (which requires the raising of at least £6 million) failing which, its ordinary shares would then be suspended from trading on AIM pursuant to Rule 40 of the AIM Rules. Admission to trading on AIM would be cancelled six months from the date of suspension should the reason for the suspension not have been rectified."
Oh sorry pal, urm, its getting damn close now.
hi ukt, it was BOU i was wondering about
They won't de-list regardless what happens, plenty of time yet, many many months, worst case absolute worst case still would not be a de-list.
when is the cut of date for them to rto or delist
ok hng it is but it was interesting topic :)
Talking about rto's BOU is on the brink
Some minds you will never ever change, and some of those minds in positions of power, you have no chance.
Siborg we only usually chat outside market hours, don't be a party pooper lol, however the subject is depressing so we will move on hehe.
Can we discuss hng and nothing else please
Also very true.
We could talk all day about climate change and animal rights, but until you the change the mindset and culture of the most populated countries, nothing much will change. Anyway, we've turned blue, so on with the game. GL
It's not just about animal rights either. If everyone stopped eating beef, the world would be heading in a better direction. It's a fact that if cows weren't being bred as much as they are, less CH4 would be released... therefore the slower the rate of climate change
Totally agree UK, in my view animals have the rights on earth as humans.
It's in the UK too, but obviously on a much larger scale in North america.
Well in america the ''impossible burger'' is everywhere and I can say from experience that it does taste very nice. I went vegetarian about 2 months ago now and lets just say it was a decision I am NOT regretting... The impossible burger is a famous burger for tasting like beef but is made from soya and veg etc (for anyone who doesnt know)
Halal look, if the animal has a lovely life been cares for treated well and fed properly just loved a bit I guess then when time comes put them to sleep and do what need to do whatever way need to do it, that's all I mean. :(
Halal meet does nothing but offend me but then again none halal meat can be treated just as bad if not worse, is ways and is ways, animals know, no need to suffer when don't need to.
I'll get on one if I let certain things in.
Anyway.
Yes the general concept of what they market as "clean meat" could be beyond what can imagine.
However like vaping etc, long effects of doing it? Long effects of messing with nature then eating with messed up nature? Get it? Who knows.
Something inside me is very wary of it.
I've had Anic on my watchlist for several weeks. When you look at the phenomenal success of the Beyond Meat IPO a while back in the US , Anic is possibly one for the future. But bear in mind how much more will the rise of Halal meat be.
Yes other companies just gained exposure via and listed.
However major shareholders worth looking at also.
You will see for self.
Yes just watching myself also, not sure why I even mentioned it now?
ok i see it now, they are investment company,, i will keep an eye on them just now, signed up for their news.
Thanks for highlighting them
i think this is great innovation and we need to protect the planet so this does cover it, question does anic have their own products or do theg invest in other companies?, i might take the plunge with this buf an investment long term i think
