Not again, I'm being punished!
LOL
Maggot filtered, all this for a £6 million company in a multi billion pound market - did they murder his family, burn his house down ?
correction '...don't expect...'
Information from a Brazilian Government website compiled from information provided by Triunfo.. is not mis-information.
A question was forwarded to Harvest via SB regarding the discrepancies between the same information lodged on ANM/SEI Brasilian Government website and that provided by Harvest in their account and RNSs. Harvest failed to respond.
A question regarding an invoice raised by Triunfo... for R$2.5million (>17kt) against Agrocerrado for a sales transaction the didn't take place has been asked via SB. That invoice is also available on a Brazilian Government website. Again Harvest failed to respond.
The questions asked by an-other regarding a ADVFN post was clear and once again Harvest failed to answer that question.
You clearly don't understand that information, you understand very little, and you can callout all you wish but expect me to provide a complete narrative to accommodate your failings.
"I won't be wasting my time with him anymore.". Means I won't be wasting my time arguing with you but I will be calling out your misinformation. Stop the personal attacks and deflection. You accused me previously of ad hominem, how about you look at your actions?
Now why don't we debate the question you posed in a civilised way?
You really are a pompous fool with your ostrich based approach to the facts.
I liked the bit '..official-looking link..', so you don't know what the Brasilian Government website ANM/SEI is?
I'll bet you tried to enter that website and YOU FAILED!!
Best you stick to your very recent words "I won't be wasting my time with him anymore."
Every single company when asked the question as phrased in question 15 is going to answer it in exactly the same way as HMI did.
If the person raising question 15 had asked the question in a different way such as "Triunfo Mineracao posted at this official-looking link the following sales figures '...'. Please confirm if this is accurate representation of sales figures." then I would expect the company may have answered the question more directly.
As to the link posted, there is no context to the document. It is unclear what it includes and what it does not. Perhaps you should adjust question 15 for the next shareholder Q&A and invite the company to respond.
From RNS 14th January 2020 - Shareholder Q&A:
15. Question: One poster on ADVFN wrote that in October your sales were 3,899t at an average sales price of 210BRL/t. Where did they get that from or is it fake news?
Answer: The only accurate source of information is from the Company directly. We would caution readers to be sceptical of any information published from sources other than the Company.
-------------
Not exactly the answer to the question was it?
Well, you didn't expect the managing director of an AIM company to tell lies did you?
The answer should have been:
The figures came from the ANM website.
and
Fake news? No, the information was provided by Triunfo Mineracao .....Ltda a Harvest company.

When Triunfo Mineracao.... generated that no sale invoice December 28, 2018 it started a court case between:
MINISTERIO DA FAZENDA - MF PROCURADORIA GERAL DA FAZENDA NACIONAL,
AGÊNCIA NACIONAL DE MINERAÇÃO - ANM
and Triunfo Mineracao for non payment of R$51k for CFEM, ie 2% of R$2,555,388.00.
The case did NOT involve Agrocerrado, they just happened to be the customer that refused to accept the invoice.
Triunfo eventually won the case by proving no sale was actually made, yet Harvest Minerals, an Australian Company, the parent company of Triunfo claim - revenue from sales?
A lot of court time was taken by this case, and remember Agrocerrado were NOT involved!
