Great article....buy.. hold ...bag lots :)
Reasons to be cheerful This bespoke ink, developed by Haydale, will be delivered on an exclusive basis for commercial applications. IRPC and HTT have strong confidence that the new graphene coated fabric will be commercially available this year.
Dr. Roman Strauss, Vice President at IRPC, said: “Working together with Haydale, we see a substantial opportunity for a swift development of this product in the short time scales we have set ourselves.”
Keith Broadbent, Haydale CEO, added: “Working with IRPC we are able to quickly react to a current industry requirement. It is great to see that these products are benefiting from our core functionalisation process; particularly the antibacterial nature of the inks and the part they can play in the production of healthcare PPE. With the global PPE requirements continuing to grow, we anticipate this project to be very well received and look forward to seeing this progress to commercialisation.”

Yes Alcatrazz, it hit 5.2p last week before the compulsory masks news, it will go a lot higher than that now. In their Share Appreciation Plans last week, they listed 8p and 14p as targets, I think we will see those prices soon. Graphene mask can be reused and washed, its anti bacterial and it doesnt just filter out viruses like the disposable mask does, it actually kills them .
8.0p for at least 15 consecutive dealing days in the period immediately following the date of Grant and ending on 30 September 2022, then a further 30% of the Grant will lapse, and should the Company's closing mid-market share price not reach and remain at, or above, 16.0p for at least 15 consecutive dealing days in the period immediately following the date of Grant and ending on 30 September 2023 ("Maximum Target"),
looking strong - think we will see much more coverage in near future
Yes they're on every front page. Can only see it picking up a head of steam from here.
moving up nicely - i can see this getting more than 5p - masks and covid are here for a while - good luck all
topped up another 188k shares, it will hit 5p very soon
Masks in shops compulsory from 24/07, HAYD will make millions from its reusable graphene masks
You're far from alone in the vaccine fear issue, many can see the issues with them rushing it through, we have been discussing it on the IAG chat board in more depth but non of my family or friends I know will take it anytime soon.
Boris Johnson says announcement on face coverings in shops ‘in next few days’ as UK deaths linked to Covid-19 rise
Face mask back in the limelight, bodes well for Haydale, glad I loaded up in the low 3's
Thanks for that spoon_key good to not feel alone on the vaccine fears.
Bought more today on the dip, agree with Thesparky its not all about the facemasks the potential on this coating with or without masks or covid for that matter seem enormous imo.
"Mandatory vaccination" Yea good luck with that, I for one wont be taking any rushed through vaccine no matter what threats they try to fire at anyone not getting it! I honestly dont see this as a viable option anyway as the more people you talk to the more say they wont be taking it.
The thing to look with this company is not specifically the masks, it's the properties of antibacterial coatings to fabric which in my opinion has huge potential.
I hope the mask idea fails myself.
The only reason to have us wear one is to prevent the herd immunity that has already been achieved in Sweden so keeping us all in danger of a 2nd wave so Boris and his new chums can sell us forced vaccines.
Kinda get the feeling their worse fear is this covid will fizzle out before they get to the mandatory vaccination stage which is where they've been heading all along (imo).
So BJ is prepping the nation for government announcement that mask use is to be extended to all shops and possibly social areas so it will be interesting to see how this is presented and managed if 66 million of us all decide to purchase in next 48 hours.
The question to be answered is where U.K. is going to source these requirements and at what cost to consumers ?
The average boxed cost for 50 disposable masks is any where from £37.50 to £55 so how are a lot of people be able to afford this?
The new mask material manufacturing methods as described by HAYD to prevent and combat micro virus inhalation is an excellent start but can this be made in U.K. for our collective benefit. If this was possible I’m sure the SP would increase exponentially as it would be a world beater let’s hope someone has some vision and makes this happen as most people feel this virus could be with us for some considerable time .
