Interesting read to understand why it is taking a while to get EMI Licensing in Lithuanian Jurisdiction
https://techstory.in/operational-features-of-emi-licensing-in-lithuanian-jurisdiction/
the annual result last year was mid july , hope we get some good news or even data center side of business before the result. The current GST mcap is 18M gbp based on current share price, I dont know how low it can go, even with data center business should be worth more than current level.
lots of article online talks about 2nd half of the year will rebound, hope this is the case.
That’s more like it ending the week on a bit of positivity and hopefully a precursor to the coming weeks
Star, the minimum is 3 months, which kicked off in January, they review the docs and give notice on deficiencies within 5 days, so our application may not be that far off, presumably GS employed knowledgable lawyers to manage the process, and its not a new and unfamiliar process. The company was targeting end of May, were a month past that deadline it could be any day.
Hi Surgio,
Brilliant bit of research, thanks.
Re: 'So we are almost end of June, i wonder where we at ...'
Just looking at that flowchart, and I was thinking the same! :O)
It appears the EMI authourisation is based on the GST business model and its potential risks . From the flowchart, it says two rounds of assessments (with QnA going back and forth) Third round assessment could happen if first two round has deficiencies, and there is a deadline for third round assessment. and the final decision based on all the assessments and its responses. So we are almost end of June, i wonder where we at ...
PS : I hope we are #93
While people are waiting for News, I did some digging , based on my research, there are currently total #92 EMI licenses issued by Bank of Lithuania, I did tried to find UAB Glindala, but no luck. I find it interesting to see who is on the list from 1 to 92., as well as how the actual physical certificate looks like issued by Bank of Lithuania.
https://www.lb.lt/en/licences-1?ff=1&type=47
You can apply filter and click into each company profile and discover what exactly the company can do with EMI.
I am surprised with several aspects here at present.
1) That it has taken so long to receive Lithuanian license.
2) We are approximately 50% of the last placing price of January.
3) No update since March.
4) We raised cash Nov and Jan,surely we must be getting low on cash.
-----------------------------
Can only hope the license comes through first rather than a placing.
Very true djm. A bit of perspective is needed during these times. Lots of newbie traders crying about the bit coin price. Hey i bough a few only a couple of years ago for a third of the current price. I will try to keep my pointless complaints to a minimum
I dont think were going to shift without news but good to see Lituania still open for business and things happenig still. Just a question of when, not if. Only a month past the company's own hoped for time frame, not exactly a rediculous delay considering. Lots of alleged holders on here talking the company down and moaning daily, serves no purpose.
I personally don’t want news now .. it’s got to bounce soon at this price! The price reached 1.70 maybe a month ago .. this share has been massively oversold IMO.. patience is key here
Ok so wheres ours………..
At best , Russia will take the southern corridor to protect its trade route with kaliningrad.
There is about 6-8000 German troops in Lithuania protecting that corridor with unknown American forces. There is also a rotation of sqn fighters policing the skies in a city called saulia.
Hopefully nothing will kick off , and Russia implodes through resurrection.
Something looks likely to kick off over there but how much will it affect gst. Arent lithuania more of just a means to an end plus protection of nato.A cyber attack though? But what else are they to do. They have the balls to protect EU sanctions at least.
