Bamps, Ive been saying that for a few weeks now. Their trying to bore the life out of new investors like myself and weak holders so we are tricked into thinking we have invested in the wrong share!!! The way they win, is to sell, but if you do, your are a fool and didn’t do your homework. Give em the 2 fingered salute and remain strong. ATB Greb
The results from Scallywag are overdue but there is nothing that says that results should be released immediately. Granted, most CEO’s can’t wait to publish them but they can be held pending full results of drilling and held further still for analysing and assessment of results ahead of any RNS. So a bit open ended really and open to distorting timelines
Viking - you know my thinking on these types of posters. It is not a balanced view and they shouldn't be allowed to post in the way they do.
I'm sure the Admins will have a look.
Jiffybag, it’s nearly 3 months since first set of scally results yet Newcrest have no problem delivering havieron results? Holding back or suspiciously slow!
@UKN,
'Are they holding back the remaining scally results? '
In short no IMHO, see response from SD.

Lochranzalad. Yep, completely agree, I watched it, paced, sweated and swore too. What I'm trying to say is that the sudden drop wasn't just because of the results. It was a combination of many things - one thing being the deferred end date of people's ggp journey. Many people had the mre as the end of their journey. But because of fomo they then had to wait for scally. The results were delayed much longer than we all expected. In the meantime we had juri news and further hav results which would also have seen a big sell but again we waited for scally and hoped for hav2.0 Essentially there was a lot of deferred exits.
There has been no value added to the current accounts for any asset at this moment in time.
To say Scallywag results caused a drop of 50% in the share price just doesn't stack up.
Those results were used to manipulate the share price lower , which is why all these devious characters descended here.
Hydrogen has consistently put up the facts that the share has been driven downwards to make PI depressed and sell up.
Havieron is the share price not Scallywag.
It is one of the biggest ore finds in living memory it's not a short term investment its very long term. There will be loads of profits coming in the next 3-4 years.
This is a hold share and top up when you can.
There's only one Havieron!
I saw the sp on the day that Scally results were announced. It was no mirage . There are other factors but Scally is definitely one of them .The price action that day spoke for itself . It was certainly one of the catalysts for the slide , and continues to be .Not fully but certainly in part .
Gold price uncertainty defo. Im not sure if GH role change made a difference to people's thoughts. He didn't take the gold with him - other than buying a bit more...
There were also a couple of expected sp drops which never happened - the trend of dump after results which never happened. Likely because the scally euphoria kept peoples money in the share.
Hi, Popolo @21.57.
Very perceptive, if I may say so. The departure of Gervaise and the falling gold price are two other factors to consider.
Haha. Yep, I know. I have shares in those 95%. Sods law I never choose the other 5%.
Lots of good news coming out of those 95% though. Things just take time.
Thanks for all your time and educated posts.
Scally results will be the same as the last batch, its pretty obvious, they should not be price sensitive. Anyone who is expecting anything other than similar results to the last batch needs to have a long think IMO. I reckon they will be released with the follow up drill plan.
Popolo its just the market, 95% of miners are down, its just the cycle.
Scally isn't the root of the current situation. Scally results just delayed a number of standard selling points through the winter. If scally wasn't there as a carrot then the sp would have plunged after the mre. Many people had made a bundle and were focused on the mre as their selling date. The positivity and looming scally results (which took much much longer than expected) adjusted people's selling point. Then loads of people freaked out because they didn't understand the scally situation and results.
This is the most nailed on share in the market. Sit and wait. The ggp story is brilliant and I'll be here till the end.
Good point .Scally seems to be the catalyst for the sp slide .The longer it goes on , the longer the price will languish around this level . Despite all the conspiracy theories . Scally is at the root of the current situation. Theres been good news since but no moves north .Too coincidental not to be .
Are they holding back the remaining scally results? What is the hold-up? First set had such a negative impact and I don’t think bad results would have much effect now where as positive results would help rebuild the SP (IMO)
