Watching the fillies ha! Great story.
Yes mushroom, I was tempted by Give me a copper.
I’m hoping for better luck on GGP than today’s national.
Look forward to post 4001, enjoy your weekend all.
Hi Merc. The corruption of true price discovery in PMs has gone on far too long and must be resolved. The toothless regulators are not up to the job, the Reddit mob are going about it the wrong way, retail investors have very little effect and using ETFs is helping the bully boys win. The game changer will be the miners joining forces and collectively pooling their ozs and selling direct, cutting out the COMEX and LBMA. If the Indians, Russians, Turks or any nation wants gold in large quantities why not go straight to the producers. If they want they could set up a trading room in short order, plenty of PMs traders in London. It would only take a prominent name Pierre Lassonde, or the like, to back the idea and the COMEX would be toast. Instead of the banks earning $billions the profits could go direct to the miners and share holders. Just dreaming. ATB Speedy
Correction Endeavour are witholding half a million* oz
(Not billion)
If other miners get in on this, PM’s could explode
Speedymeady, did you see that Endeavour (silver miner) just announced that they are holding back half a billion oz as they “expect much higher prices over the coming months”
Everyone is so fed up of the manipulation, even the miners are taking part in the squeeze
Note: this also happened in 2011 when silver and hold prices skyrocketed.
In addition to my 2.8m share position here ive recently added 12oz gold and 500 oz silver to the pirate chest.
Might get some PSLV this summer too as they buy the 1000 oz bars direct from Comex (the fractional reserve enemy)
Everyone should do their bit ; )
Cheers Bamps, your appreciation is welcomed by the many on here. We all know what’s coming, just keep the faith and our patience will be rewarded. Ignore the fools and put them in the naughty box.
Take care
Xe
Bamps.
Could i just add my thanks to go with those other posters who are grateful for you fantastic contribution here. I look forward to reading your posts
Hi Mush
Good luck with your bets, honest I haven't looked to see whose running.
I see Worcester races start 17th May but ticket only. That's always a good day then afterwards in the Winning Post pub
ATB:))
Hi Fastjet. My opinion on the state of play here is just that "my opinion" please do not put your hard earned in here on my sayso and please do your own research. I see the SP being held down to facilitate a large buyer "at a certain price", when that buyer has filled i see the SP being let loose and returning to somewhere between the risked and unrisked price 33p/66p. That is for Hav alone, a big hit "or miss" on our other tenements should see the SP stay put "miss" or increase dramatically "big hit". Either way, the prospects from here for a higher SP are very very encouraging. ATB Speedy
Something to do with leg action on different running ground IIRC.
You can't leave us hanging like that Bamps! I've already placed £2 each way on Give me a Copper and £0.26p to win on Discorama. I need to know if I have wasted my money!
Hi Will
I'm no good with horses.
My mates are all into it but I prefer watching the fillies in the parade ring at Worcester.
Not sure if that sounds right :))
Our friends husband puts the starting prices up on the Tote I think, don't understand that bit.
She says he can predict winners by the style of their running, he reckons horses have 2 styles of running and one is always better than the other.
My horse racing mates never heard of that, but he studies horses all the time and makes a living out of it
ATB:))
Hi Bamps. Your posts, along with Paddy and a few others, is what keeps this BB an informative and pleasant place. ATB Speedy
Hi xeverton
I have been told they want me to go to Telegram, sometimes I feel I will when this Board disintegrates but I can turn this off when I want to.
Telegram will just keep pinging :))
ATB:))
Morning bamps and all,
Happy 4,000th post. A fantastic summary thank you. When you deliver GGPs potential in a concise and most impressive manner, who couldn’t get excited reading that. I’m here long term and hoping it goes some way to early retirement one day.
Can you predict also predict today’s grand National winner ha?
Great informative posts as ever Bamps. No wonder people on the Telegram board keep pining for you to jump ship to join them. (Don’t you dare! lol) I Much prefer it here, even with all the unfortunate posts. It’s just a better and clearer layout for me. Always find it hard processing all the tech stuff but getting there with yours and paddy info to name a few.
Take care all.

Bamps - good summary update of our projects to start the weekend, thanks
What a delivery of reports well done Bamps, keeps this board from madness, which explodes very often with crap.
Thank you Bamps. Love your posts which give my not at all geologically endowed brain a straightforward analysis and reminder of why I invested. A positive start to Saturday and a refreshing change from some of the unnecessary bickering and sometimes downright rude posts in here. Thanks and have a lovely weekend.
Morning all. Bamps, you are like a one-man drilling machine, drilling into the data and explaining to the rest of us what the discoveries might mean as a potential resource. You don't seem to need any refuelling either, often popping up early morning with the latest data sheet.
Your straightforward approach is a welcome 'pillar' here and stands proud of general chit-chat, (which I don't mind in the least until it descends into nastiness and unfortunately, that has occurred regularly since the turn of the year).
I do wonder that the sheer magnitude of what we have under GGP's umbrella is what is causing this disruption of sentiment. E.g. How would we feel as individual investors if the sp exploded to ten times the current value? Could we even take the pressure of watching it move past 38p and not cash in?
Life-changing amounts are potentially on the horizon. Can people, who wanted something a little better than a 1% savings plan, deal with that?
Bamps, head spinning is when you hit us with a geology post at half 6 in the morning. Some of those 4,000 posts have been brutal for some of us!
I can just about cope with a summary narrative of our prospects just after 8 on a Saturday morning whilst I await a Sentinel update and move towards the kettle.
Wow my 4000th post can't believe that,
head spinning
I think this is my favourite post of them all
Just a few highlights of our assets:-
Havieron:-
A multi speed development of a mine with a joint venture with a global mining company, which is a leading expert in underground bulk caving.
Gold resources could range eventually to between 12-28m oz plus major copper resources and also major cobalt resources.
Juri jv:-
Paterson Range East:-
Multiple gold / copper targets 12 known at present including the giant Goliath target a 15bn+ tons target that's 30 times more tonnage than Havieron.
Blackhills:-
At least 6 targets including Saddlereef 1400m long gold target one end poking out of the ground suitable for open pit.
Also Parlay a bullseye feature on top of a main fault line.
