High 80s
Safy - I hear you and again I commend your thorough research.
I try to avoid buy sell recommendations since I’m not qualified to give such advice. I doubt many here are.
If people had listened to me here they could have joined me in selling at £1.70. That would look like great advice now but ****e advice when it trucked up to £2+
If this goes on to higher highs everyone will be rewarded if only people viewed investments with 6+month mindsets rather than days or weeks.
I’m pleased for you stars - well done
Just make sure you tip us next time you think you’ve found a winner :)
Ghia,
It’s a lesson learned for me, what I won’t do is to protect my investment or look for my exit I make stuff up. All my update posts stand up to scrutiny. I do it to help other people out like me and nothing else. What good would money do me knowing someone like kenbob lost 500 on my false ramp and he didn’t sleep properly for a month? Stuff like that matters to me, sure I don’t know Ken, but he isn’t fair game just because this is an anonymous forum.
And yes it is me who presses the buy button. If the board posts don’t count for anything then all my updates which can be verified by anyone with the company as accurate should also not be believed. Nor should my WHO timeline be trusted even though I’ve measured dates against a real submission.
Instead we should go back to don’t be out over the weekend, £2 on FDA on Monday and £5 by end of month.
I’m not offended with your post, I know boards operate in certain ways and all this is normal, that doesn’t mean I have to behave like them too.
Safy - Perhaps this has been a lesson not to get caught up in an echo chamber.
I think most investors that use these boards will at some point or another have an experience whereby they get emotionally invested in a stock and all rational goes out the window.
Blaming particular posters is a bit off, use these boards at your own risk and own your own investment decisions.
Ultimately you hit the buy and the sell button.
Do your own research and back test your investments.
Sounds like you have come out of this experience wiser and stronger judging by the extensive research you have been posting lately.
GDR will come good soon perhaps a 150-200mil mcap is justified if sales traction is generated.
Totally agree and I have bought into the dream myself but as GDR move closer to approvals I seriously think that this stock could do the 500% that most others that have taken off on good news and approvals have
Great product, great price with great market potential. For me it’s a hold until all approvals, sales and beckham collaboration comes good and see where the Covid saga goes from there.
No romper but without stating the obvious the best is yet to come I feel?
Think it caught everyone out, none of the covid shares were worth what the SP was a few months ago, and some are not worth the SP even now.
For the rampers, they wanted the elusive £5, which is what NCYT touched I believe, so armed with nothing but lies and not knowing a single thing about where GDR were in their go to market strategy or even what approvals were needed or how long they took etc they just kept pushing hard for more people to buy on the £5 dream, mostly using the tactic we have a better test than NCYT so naturally we are better than them, I still don’t know if we have a better test. The sales numbers would say otherwise. They conveniently ignored the placing dilution too.
There was at least 10 or so rampers who formed a strong group. Say one thing out of line and they pull your pants down. They still try that even now except they’ve been found out now, and also most of them have sold out too on the SNG spike so it matters even less when running on free shares.
Where is bladderman? The recent ramper who used to post every 5 mins just a week or two ago.
Even Samolly sold out on the SNG spike. Technick wasn’t even in this share because he sold out over 150 ages ago, but yet he never felt the urgency to buy back in but anyone reading his posts would think he is in GDR, he was recently expecting 65p to buy more. The ramp crew used his posts as evidence to say we are going places but he himself didn’t see the need to buy. What does that tell you?
All this time what they were absolutely doing is sucking newbies in and hitting the sell button. What you can’t do on these stocks is sell 25-50k+ in one go easily, especially on tiny volume. Some of the lucky ones got in deep at very low prices and had to somehow pull their money out.
People like us took the bait because we didn’t know any better.
I may be wrong but it’s simply how I see it.
Clack,
Totally agree, we are all grown men/women. If you were In As early as me you will have seen what it did after the 20s and tbh even the best at this game had never Experianced what was going on back then with Covid. Yes they ramped but at the same time the dam thing never stopped going up and maybe with what was going on no one seen it stopping before it was to late. If only I knew what a placing was back then lol.
I don’t blame anyone for anything in fact I thank the so called rampers who made me jump in so early (and have helped me a bit along theway)I guess I was lucky thought as I hadn’t a clue what was going on. I suppose I was just curious on Safy’s view because he genuinely sounds to expericaced to just follow what other people were saying.
LP,
Possibly, and if I knew how to trade I would be a very rich man right now lol.
New to the game to and should have sold earlier but the decisions are alway that of the individual as I see it. Greed, chance and the market are all influences stack against an individual investor.
The people ramping and deramping are not always Trying to influence others but often echo chambers depending on their own investment position.
I have bought from 26p through to 186 and have always maintained my belief in the fundamentals
Even sold out of SNG (before trial results) to buy more GDR
I have learnt that like gambling if you can’t afford to lose don’t bet. The main lesson though is whenever you think you have sussed it all out the market will do the opposite lol
GLA
Problem is Longrun, those sames Rampers were hitting the sell button while telling the rest to buy the dips.
If you don’t mind me asking? I’m still new to the game, the rampers (as some call them) stopped me from selling when maybe I should have but tbh the same rampers convinced me to buy at 25p. I didn’t know what I was doing so my own fault I didn’t sell. I have very much quickly learnt to think for my self now, not sure if that’s a good thing lol. Can I ask, you seen externally switched on, to switched on to buy at a high price because people told you to. I think I recall you saying your average is £2? Are you in for much? (You don’t have to say how much) I’m just wondering did Covid catch you out with the unpredictability it has to these stocks or are you relatively new like me? By the way your posts and research are really helpful so thank you.
