This is just one misleading statement in your last post :-
"He potentially has full control of the company now, that means he can be even more elusive now than he has been for a year and a half."
If the company re-lists on the main market the reporting conditions are clearly outlined, there will be no elusiveness, that you suggest
I think you're allowing your dislike of GW (the individual) to cloud your judgment regarding this investment. Once it is a listed company the combined board of directors will be responsible for the running of the company. It's not going to be a 'one man band' in the same way it was during suspension
Frankly I'm amazed that you can't see the opportunity here
So did you vote no?
And we aren’t starting from standstill
Fyoz, so far as promised in an E-mail to me the circular isn't on the website...not that I can find anyway. The independent valuation hasn't been checked by anyone as far as I am aware and certainly not available online. He has given us nothing over the last 18 months on progress except very basic figures of our stake in Transgas. We have no idea of a road map and wanted us to vote blind. If the vote was passed he certainly should have let us know yesterday (contempt of shareholders again). He potentially has full control of the company now, that means he can be even more elusive now than he has been for a year and a half. You asked why I invested in the first place,it was because I thought we had a good chance of a RTO in 6 months as he was likely to RTO into one of the PEDL held private companies. What I didn't expect was to be taken for a joy ride and then kicked out the door before the destination, I have no idea what his plans are but my guess would be it isn't to create value for us that have just been diluted to our original investment at best and have no say in the company going forward. If you think we are getting 0.4p per share on relist that's fine but I don't believe a word of it. I don't see how he can get a drill bit in the ground in the UK from a standing start in just over a year. We are stuck in here on relist now IMHO as it won't be worth selling I can only hope he is a mad genius and has spent the last 18 months negotiating something outside the box for us.
3tl:- "No, give himself £10 million and fcuk everybody else..
We have gained nothing apart from a notional value of 0.004p on our shares."
This is how absurd your argument is. GW only gets £10m if the shares are worth 0.4p. If the shares are worth 0.4p we all gain at least 2.85 times our investment (based on the closing price)
Given your inane drivel I presume you voted no???
So £10,000,000 issued out of thin air to himself makes this a good deal on a notional value of 0.004p
He could have been fair and issued us all with a share for share gesture as we are investors in his company And technically own a part of that company by investment.
No, give himself £10 million and fcuk everybody else..
We have gained nothing apart from a notional value of 0.004p on our shares.
All I can add as a positive is what I have always said about the company and the potential here that indeed a 0.004 valuation could hold on open and rise.
£10,000,000 fcucking joke, can’t see us getting a 20 bagger just yet.
When is this believed to be happening or is this unknown as of yet? I can't lie - i washed my hands of this a while back and have only just taken a quick interest again. I note things are progressing, slowly, for good (GW's) or not (our's).
Tyl raises legitimate concerns and makes fair comments regarding how the affairs of this company have been conducted/not conducted, I.e justified and fair comment. - not libellous.
I wonder how many shares i'd get in settlement ?
: )
Enough of the jokes.
Nothing I have said is libellous for starters, merely my take on what has been put in front of us.
Mind you, I’m open to him trying to be fair, that will give me a step up in life as far as I’m concerned and I’d enjoy the publicity.
You lot though might not be so happy as his lawyers would be taking it out of the company.
I am not holding my breath, if it was passed we are just clingons now. He no longer needs us we have voted to give him full control I am sure by what I have read here.
Hopefully we will get an announcement on how it went today and what next re timeline etc.
You should be careful 3tl, any gains you make here might be taken off you by GW's libel lawyers . . .
Taken a bite out of the eighth slice.
Greedy bastard
And how much of the pizza did they pay for ?
I’m not against giving to the down and outs and regularly do if it gets them through another day but don’t agree with giving Gerwyn seven slices of eight slice pizza after he’s already taken white out of the eighth slice:
I hear what you are saying Fyoz and already get it.
We get the peckings, that’s the deal.
The pizza may or may not be fully loaded but thats the deal.
"cant wait for this to come to market,so i can move on, rather than reading these nonsense"
pot, kettle, black . . .
Would you rather have half of a 7" pizza or a quarter of a 16" pizza?
We'll all have a smaller percentage of the company than we had before, but the company will be many times bigger
Well why don’t you explain it all to us rather than bitch about us bitchng about being SHAAAAAFTED !!!!!!
Go on ?
I get that bit about him just getting more shares...
But that is still more shares than all of us lot put together.
Which makes our investment worth less than before relist
A LOT LESS. as Gerwyn has taken up the slack with his new shares at the whatever value ; and so like you say, the price drops making ours worth even less:
Shafted good and proper.
Unless of course we really do hit the sweet spot and BP jump on board : )
I thought something useful being written, what was i thinking....
I am old fashioned, probably because i am old, in those days, when we have argument or disagreement , we sort it then there or go somewhere and have good old rut..
But nowadays, everyone is a tough guy behind the screen, say anything they want, offend anyone without consequences.
what a crazy time we live in..
cant wait for this to come to market,so i can move on, rather than reading these nonsense..
I’m already bankrupt : )
Put my last cash in here : )
Weathers too cold for shorts today.
Why don’t you make some sense of it then Fyoz ?
Please explain in layman’s terms, in fact explain like you’re talking to a five year old as a stupid Cnut like m just don’t get it.
Ginksy please explain how you open a short on a delisted company I wont hold my breath on this answer from you.
Ignore Boom and 3rd they both have an open short and are both bashing the company to try an keep the price low on relist so they can close their short without going bankrupt.
"as I said before I would rather take him down with me"
That's a rational investment decision?
Enough said
