Ah yes Camkite you are right, early next week then hopefully!
Sounds good - thanks!
I like a pattern.
Fingers crossed.
We had an update on the 7th and then the 21st which was exactly 2 weeks apart. Expecting next one 4th of Feb hopefully....
I think due to Covid 1 and COVID 2 (Caps because it’s worse..)
There maybe some slack of some kind in terms of interest.
The original amount due was $150m or £150m? Can’t recall which.
Maybe just maybe a new agreement is being thrashed out with a freeze on interest due to covid pandemic and some loan and equity. Not sure...lol
"Please be advised that in accordance with their obligations to the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands (the "Court"), the Joint Official Liquidators ("JOLs") of the Company will be filing a report with the Court before the end of January 2021.
A further update to all stakeholders will be posted on RNS shortly thereafter. In the interests of efficiency, the JOLs will not be responding to individual requests for information in the interim."
Next week I think James.
You would think so. My own concern is the courts needing time to digest. So might be next week before an RNS
Surely we have to get an update tomorrow? They said we would be updated by end of January I thought. Hopefully they finally realize there is no appetite for the company to be liquidated since no one turned up to the liquidators meetings, but hey let's see.
It wouldn't surprise me if wall street sold the story of "robbing from pensioners" as its funds that are being shafted... and then bring in more regulations for retail investors
They will be seriously shooting themselves in the foot as it will kill liquidity which they rely on.
Money talks eh... the system is as bent as a bulls backside... crooked as f* ck especially America.
"The platforms (exchanges and brokerages) and regulators now restricting (or threatening to restrict) trading in #gme et al are going to smoke the very investors they are saying they want to protect."
Seems the short funds are being bailed out.
I actually posted... well I thought I did that the "meme" stock dealing platforms are blocking traders.
I hope people cashed out.
Not sure mate as Wallstreet are pulling out all of the tricks... blocking traders from buying and only allowing selling... they are scared... could see increased regulation from this in the States.
My guess is Monday after some heavy speculation over the weekend... but we'll see.
What I really want to know is how and when will G3E go big or go bust.
Tomorrow?
On the wider market....
Think we are looking down the barrel of a pretty big correction...
Yeah its epic tho.
Wall street vs main street... wall street have been robbing from people for decades... hold ya nerve buyers and take them to the f*cing cleaners!
haha crazy!
Also note its just moved 140 $ on very small volume ... the squeeze hasn't even happened yet... its coming.
It is kind of the ultimate fight between the bulls and the bears... the more bulls that can hold their nerve the higher the price will go.
The shorters want people to sell early so they can buy into high selling market... The squeeze should end once it rapidly goes much higher... as the shares end up in peoples hands with bigger *******s andd the weak holders have sold.
When it starts moving **Very** rapidly upwards... its time to sell.
It's back up again... a short squeeze... it'll tank once the shorters have closed... which isn't yet high % of the float is still short... buyers need to hold their nerve & take them on.
VW is probably the most high profile short squeeze ever and it did 10,000%
GME and AMC are tanking. Most brokers have blocked buying of options for some companies.
I reckon GME is going to tank today. You seriously have to admire the people that got in at $4 but seriously cash out and realise your gains.
Wasn't me :)
I'm to busy admiring GME ... I think it might blow out to $10000 with such a high profile following they are going to have serious problems closing their positions.
Genadrive always look promising but very rarely is , don’t like “ COVID “ stocks even with a new distribution agreement but cheers ck :)
GME pre market 500
The squeeze hasn''t even happened yet... you watch it blow the fooking top off haha
Love it!
