Tsbs it will be exactly the same we will not hear nothing
what will happen in august when the full amount becomes due
if the company holding the debt frcc is liquidated owing the 2.2 m then surely the original debt has gone with it leaving only the personal guarantees for hope to chase which would only cover the interest payment
or am i wrong
Is the $2.2 m dollars not the original missed interest payment
Hi oopsi, great find however the '***' after FRR stands for debt information secured from Schedule's, declarations and other filings and secured amount not provided at this time. Atleast we know what the ball park figure is, can't remember what number Starrage was throwing around now.
Oopsi: thanks for sharing.
This reads as a list of filed bankruptcies to me rather than completed ones, so I don't think we can draw any new conclusions from this information.
Please correct if I have mis-interpreted?
Thanks Oopsi,
Does this mean FRCC is bankrupt and things moved to another Company or what.
Can’t remember whether further bankruptcy proceedings were heading it has Hope just gone fir over so all guarantees vs SN abd ZM instead
Stephen Hope silenced?
Or are FYI pursuing Parent company?
Or other please?
Thanks

If you go to the table on page 12, suggests the bankruptcy process is completed for the above entity
