I'm getting the impression frr are trying to keep anything to do with finances and financial prospects schtum. Given BH's recent listing of their active rig count in Ukraine could they be the ones pushing frr into the Ukraine court action...
Does anyone know if the nda prevents BH or Frontera from announcing a production agreement? If BH are required to announce something like that we can assume they have not drilled any wells with us, as some on here have suggested could have happened whilst we have been suffering complete radio silence from FRR.

On as far as the default, is concerned if Frr are still going year end of which there is looking like at least a reasonable chance then would think that default has been sorted.
On above being the case cannot see any reason why any news on it should be held back until the Frr claim result is known. As going on what has come out from courts the two are completely seperate issues.
All this court action requires funds why are we wasting millions on cases that dont look like we have a cat in hells chance of winning? We must be getting funds from somewhere is it the wells that are keeping lights on or a big boy... but why would a major fund us when they could just let us go tits up and have the lot my guessing is these wells are performing to give us back up gla..
Good morning Bezzy
Baker Hughes didn't announce anything when the MOU was entered so I think it is highly unlikely we will hear anything from them in relation to that. They probably enter them all the time and so don't bother publicising them.
Any production deal would be a different matter though and they would be obligated to inform their shareholders of that in a timely manner, as would BP or any other major.

Morning Arsenal / Rainbow,
I’m not sure we’ll hear on this either way. With us “carrying on as a private company”, I’m not expecting them to announce either way (much as I’d like them to), especially while the court action rumbles on. Would there be an obligation on Baker Hughes to announce a cessation or extension that we could pick up on?

I believe that it would have been cancelled, well before now, if there was nothing to stay mou about.
Another positive imv.
Just see on ii that above comes to an end on 26 September with a 30 day cancellation notice on each side.
So let's hope that there is no cancellation put out on above.
