Tui still is alongside Galliford Try and still a good bet under the £5 mark... closer to 4 if you can :)
Fjet I have some info I cannot talk about, but sits me happily holding here for 6 to 12 months.
With my investment here I expect a substantial return, I did predict this a few weeks ago and it has risen by 40% since then.
"risk v reward on this is 10k risk for med term 120k reward, thats my exposure now".
You're definitely more brave, and well off, than I am.
I've been burned on some high risk stocks so only 'invest' What won't cause me to have another breakdown...
Biglnt, glad to hear you are doing well? Am not too bad thanks just plodding along and trying to make a few quid here and there....
I 've been looking at this one for a few days and was thinking about taking a punt and I understand what you mean that it's a punt but should rise hopefully when they are and running or should I say flying? Lol
Thanks for the info, much appreciated. Good luck
hey nenny, im well thanks , you ?
sit on this one for a few months, starting to move in the last few weeks, debt hugely reduced, more flight paths, restructure under new management, bit of a punt, but huge upsides on the return.
risk v reward on this is 10k risk for med term 120k reward, thats my exposure now.
bought in at 0.08
also expect this to return to somewhere near ed winters 31m buys @ 1.60 fairly quickly. 12 to 14 bagger
as soon as the ask 0.12 is paid and filled this will fly over 0.14 resistance level
easy double.
debt reduced, new flights enlisted.
very hopeful of a mutli, multi bagger here.
large buying in the background
Can see this doubling up on the re-start day.
Fastjet resuming flights on the 30th June.
Flights did not resume today
Following the latest updates from the Zimbabwean government regarding the continued COVID-19 related travel restrictions, Fastjet Zimbabwe will extend the suspension of their schedule flight network until Tuesday, 30 June 2020.
Given the unprecedented nature of the external factors that the travel industry is facing, our management team continue to assess the situation on a daily basis and remain committed to resuming flight services earlier than the revised date should there be any easing of the current restrictions on the movement of people.
Vbeckers,
From their 7th April Rns;
"fastjet Zimbabwe expects that the significantly reduced global oil prices will help to cushion the financial impact of the forecast lower passenger demand when operations restart. The April 2020 fuel price is 35% lower than it was in January 2020, at which point fuel represented 23% of total operating costs."
I can only presume the Bod have the foresight to stock up on fuel, as it's clearly a huge cash burn.
If they do buy fuel and stock up during the low prices, and they resume their flights, for the short term they will be more profitable on costs.
And, I wholly expect flights not to be filled during the initial phase when flights return, which means less revenue on a full plane - but the reduced fuel costs may cushion that initial phased return (especially if the middle aisle seat won't be sold to assist with distancing).
Who knows, but if they can ride this horrendous time out, we won't be at the share price we are now.
All in my humble.....
Excellent,thank you.
1st June flights available to book at the earliest both HRE/BUQ to JNB
Try booking a flight to JNB...not available on the 20th.....
With Zimbabwe in dire straight at this time so looking for any income from any source I can see them opening up the skies to allow business people in and brave travellers, also Fastjet needs income to refill their coffers as well so the 20th might still be on, keep safe folks.
