Chils
Yep, massive mismatch with NAV, market yet to catch on.....this time next year.Rodney and all that.
I think it's good he resigned. No more accusations of conflicts of interest and incestuous business dealings.
Why on earth do you think for a second that results will be weak? Have you seen our portfolio longland?
Yes that's a good call lord snooty. I was thinking on similar lines
Results, resign.....easy.
These numbnuts seize any oppertunity to display their incompetence.
We will be double whacked tomorrow if results are weak.
Maybe Saladino will take over, he's got enough expensive shares courtesy of Abalone to have the incentive to get this share moving.
Plus it opens up the opportunity for a new chairman potentially?!
I disagree rich. If we are going to get good results, we move forward and so getting this out beforehand is probably for the better imo
Silly timing with little regard for shareholders but probably a good thing.
Stop him investing in every new thing that takes his fancy and go and make a success of the existing investments.
It's now about maximising the returns from what we have and returning some value. Don't think he has any value to add to this BoD in that regard.
Doesn't effect our investments and shows Jim is fully focussed on juv which can only be very positive.
End of....
From the fstfwd.co website:
Jim Mellon, Chairman
Lorne Abony, Chief Executive Officer
Lance De Jersey, Finance Director
Ian Burns, Non Executive Officer
Ed McDermott, Non Executive Officer
There were five directors, now four until a new chairman is appointed.
When they say the whole board? Is that just the other 2?!
No great loss. Could have got the results out of the way first but Lorne and Hardy haven’t shown much regard for things thus far so great surprise there.
Juv is going to be huge, and with an IPO coming up, it is not really surprising JM wants to focus there.
No great loss.
The man provided us with no direction at all.
I see this as a positive action.
JM has tremendous amount of objectives and will need to focus on JUV moving forward, and has many other interests like Webis.
Expect changes to come now we have a new chair would think we'll see more cannabis plays moving forward. Who will fill Lornes prior role? What other changes can we expect?
No sales and marked down....great
