Very happy bunny here. This stock makes 80% of my family portfolio! :0)
I plan to add more this summer as other investments are waiting to bloom. I hope FAr can wait a little bit for that.

Agree SP .... and this is trying very hard to get to 50p today.....
I think you looking at this completely wrong!
Once the $10m and $20m come in, its a huge vote of confidence, Vision Blue will have more skin in the game, indicate further milestones have been met, and with that money FAR can proceed towards full stage 1 production. And as already indicated its not coming on the market as a traditional placing, this is going straight to vision blue!! They will essentially hold/own a significant proportion of Ferro Alloy, if not the main shareholder!
And once the tranch of $10m and $20m come in from Sir Mick and co, the debt funding of $50-60m will come very easily. Wouldn't even be surprised if its already in place by Sir Mick with one of his investment banking connections, in the scheme of things, and what he has dealt with before, its a pretty insignificant amount.
Like I have said many times, easy £1bln company over time. DYOR
25p and 78p are in house placements as we all know ... will not affect the share price ...imo
I'm out guys only reason is this 25p placing will come soon or later
a) Right to purchase US$10m of additional shares in FAR at a share price of 25.0 pence per share, equating to a pre-money market valuation of US$150m, at the agreed exchange rate
b) Right to purchase US$20m of additional shares in FAR at a share price of 78.0 pence per share, equating to a pre-money market valuation of US$500m, at the agreed exchange rate
Mamalik - simples, supply and demand of shares. Everyone wants in, and hardly any free float available. Most locked in with BOD and institutions!
Sooner rather than later we will get to the 78-80p target.
Why would an industry titan buy $20m shares at 78pence? Perhaps he knows over time it would be worth multiples even at that price!!!
BID/ASK are the same...
why is the price suddenly going up? are we due some news?
48p to buy 25k shares on ig
Now we're sucking diesel .... could breakout to 50p by close .... and the rest will follow...
Looking back and remembering Davis ' appointment mid Mar RNS and the share price action at the opening, it was obvious that the journey here is going to be long and strong. When you have such a big weight as a holder willing to put more capital in at 70p+ levels giving weight to possible valuations at those levels, it was a slam dunk not to increase exposure.
Still remember well, for the first half of the day on 21st Mar after Davis strategic investment RNS was released, share price was stuck around 14p, when I bought in, but sadly didn't increase exposure as it stayed around that level for a day or two. With micro caps, markets and analysts always digest news slowly and with a lag, giving PIs amazing opportunity to load up before the IIs do. Should have loaded up a lot more at 14p opening price, I'm guessing we all feel the same. Have a decent exposure but not as big as should have been from 14p levels, given the kind of RNS that was released and the price action at open on the day.
All IMO and could be wrong so always dyor
