cash more than mcap
turnaround story where they broke even last quarter
director buying
amazing entry price
i'll take my chances here :)
The simply fact is the CFO has put 11k of his taxed paid money in here, he knows what's what here and I go with him . nealy always when you get a massive drop like we have seen here, and the recovery if happens starts with the CFO buying simple's.
The way it's phrased actually entails that it breaks even at the operating level. If you read properly the "before overheads" is in between the brackets. So overall operating BREAK EVEN = (POSITIVE margin including direct&marketing MINUS overheads)
"If you actually read the announcement it says they have already broken even in the final quarter of the year."
Owj89,
no it doesnt...jeez..
" In the last four months of the year, the Company has for the first time broken even at the operating level (positive margin contribution after all direct and marketing costs but before overheads). "
"at the operating level but before overheads" .... which I might suggest ACTUALLY means that on the bottom line ....they DID NOT break even
I suggest it is more a case of YOU not only reading the announcement, but having some idea of what it is actually telling you..... "mate"
Not really difficult to see is it mate.
If you actually read the announcement it says they have already broken even in the final quarter of the year. Not only this they have established further operational costs in the final quarter. which will carry over into next years figures. Annual sales decreased by 5.5m but this isn't actually that bad when you consider they were effectively 'buying customers' before that, and have withdrawn from other markets.
If you do some background research you can see they have been incredibly busy in January. Their products have won awards (which) etc, and they have widened their product range further. They now have a management team with experience and a track record of building businesses online, with a clear strategy for future growth. In the past 12 months the directors have thrown 1.1m of their own money into the business.
Sometimes it's common sense mate.
I agree that the company will at least break even this year. They've now got some fantastic people at the top and their revised strategy is really helping to turn the company's fortunes around.
If people want to sell because they can't hold their nerve then that's their choice but anyone buying/holding will reap the rewards before long.
"and it's likely to break even as a minimum this year"
oh really...and how do you work that out? ...do show all your figures....thanks
Exactly...no debate here.
A market Cap of sub 6 million with 7.8 million in cash, and it's likely to break even as a minimum this year + new partnerships.
Beyond me why anyone would sell these shares.
U can’t rely on the trades and their prices as much as you’d like. Mm’s have been really cute with this one. I had a sell yesterday that was above the ask! As an example....
Woodford out, Aberdeen out. Had it not been for Aberdeen flipping at stupid low prices, we might well have seen 3p a lot sooner...
I think eve have turned a corner. Mkt will play catch up before too long. Still, buy/sell are your own decisions. Me, I’m holding..

Just reading some of the comments below..."Market has got this wrong""The direction is North"The director buy was worth roughly £11,000. I bought some yesterday and I am already down 25%.My system shows 590k buys and 4m sells. Its down 23% today.I agree yesterday's update did sound very encouraging but as usual we must all be missing something (like our sanity)...
