D, I don't think Jack does conversation......
Jackbal, I suspect you missed a post that wyn sent to you RE: featured..10 Jun 2021 07:51. You should track it down.
Thanks for the spelling lesson Jack. I'm not sure what you are referring to re: the boot is on the other foot?
Wyndrum your pearls of wisdom are just plain boring. You clearly have an exaggerated sense of your of your own wisdom, yawn.
By the way it’s fool proof you fool.
Boots on other foot now….reap what you sow you plonker
Hi D, only because I have fallen foul of it all before.
Never believe a CEO on generalities, they always (have absolutely have to), big up and exaggerate their company's prospects and in fact the other stock is a great example to refer back to for comparison and as a benchmark with other's going forward I would suggest.
We all suffer from wanting to believe what we want to hear. CC keeps it pretty real so far I think and is, if not the exception to the rule, at least I would take her at face value rather than potentially "assuming" she is "deliberately" under playing it, and hoping there is a bit of "nudge, nudge, wink, wink," going on to convince oneself that there is more to come.
That's why I like the SP, it doesn't lie, sure, it can need a bit of interpretation and can be subject to a bit of MM, but by and large if you look at it long enough (any stock) it starts to paint a picture of the reality of what actually the majority think.
Its not full proof, but then what is?
Anyway fingers crossed for EVE
Just posted wyn!
I didn’t sell. Probably should’ve but my holding is still probably a lot smaller than your core. I did top up £535 here though.
If I could trade I would but I need to ‘up’ my trading game first! Several shares I’ve sold (Halfords; Future; G4M) have subsequently done better than what I moved to!
It’s a fickle business and admire you for doing well at it. I think you have a more critical eye and can read the underlying message in the RNSs which is rather a useful skill. I believe the optimism of the CEOs too much :-)
Tanzania going well though.
Could be Eve news tomorrow. And TP rate up a tad today. Could take us to 200 perhaps
sorry, that should have read: you SHOULD post the link on the other BB D!
you post the link on the other BB D!
Zahirmiah, you got me searching with your '90% lose' claim and it seems it's probably true, on AIM at least.
https://www.share-talk.com/investors-lose-money-in-72-of-all-the-companies-ever-listed-aim-3/#gs.3x2bgo
We have to be careful out there don't we..
your moneys safe as much it can be
upto 90% of traders lose money, they follow the crowd, DYOR and most importantly have patience, you only lose money when you sell your shares hoping to make it back on another penny stock, Eve has grown year on year with no debt and £8.million in the bank, your moneys as safe asking as you can wait it out to reap the reward.
D, you are probably right. The downtrend should reverse when the TU is announced. Chance to add more for those with spare cash. TU date announcement hopefully tomorrow.
Found.... ironically posted it on here a few weeks ago.
Worth a nosey
https://www.thebushveldperspective.com/blog/public-articles-1/post/auctions-uncrossing-trades-and-evidence-of-manipulation-291
Hopefully will work
I have often seen this though DG.... pre Update sp drops and goes back up with a decent RNS, or it rises pre update to then drop despite a positive RNS. Money tactics always need to stay fresh otherwise it can get predictable for the mm’s and larger investors.
There was a posting recently saying about the mm’s in america using trades as code to others in what they are wanting and how they wish to trade. Blatant insider trading but hard to prove. If I find I’ll post. Intriguing read
Unlike posters here, I don't think as many holders are as focussed on things like upcoming TUs until they are actually announced.
We are heading for 198 reviews on TP for June. Guess how many last year? June 2020 197 reviews. That was at the start of the good period though so while we haven't gone up much, we haven't gone down much either. And people who buy pyjamas might be less likely to review, so revenue could still be up through the add-ons.
Costs have fallen too as they are more efficient with their deliveries, and affiliates are cheaper than google ads.
What could revenue be up by, compared to last spring when there were soft months in March April, and Covid hadn't happened in January / February? +10%... +20%?
Anyway, we should see more 'blue days' than red during the next 3 weeks or so.
We have like a month till we get a TU this drop doesn't indicate anything no news people are selling and moving on they will be back this stock is most likely a long hold the people that are selling ain't holding long term clearly
Not looking good … getting close to a trading update and the SP drops with relatively heavy sell volume today ???
Around 0,03pence should be the hardest ground. This is the bank money....
Added few more.....way to cheap IMHO.
Having said that, with the absence of news the SP is still vulnerable to further drops, so we may see even lower prices in the near term, unless some decent update from the company....
GLA.
With my broker price dropped to 3.6/3.7 sell/buy and couldn’t get a live quote.... not even for 50k shares. That was over 20 minutes ago and it’s still not giving out a live quote.... now at 3.7/3.9. Just checked again, now giving live 3.89 to buy
Hate it when they shut us out so they can sort the bigger wallets out.
I did wonder if was going to drop into this area.... could well see 3.5 bottom but I think that will be it before going healthily north. I’d really like to see it stay above 3.6 which may well be what we’ve just gone through. The bottom may well be truly done and dusted now.
Depends if the mm’s want this pushed down even more.
However we want to look at this.... bargain territory right now
FOMO alert...lol
The last month's are traded with no volume the SP could be change every day. The long termers hold and buy more and more. The daytraders leave the boat.
It would be funny if the weak hands sell now, and after the tu we se a profit from eve.... maybe we have 9million at the bank? nobody knows... :)
we have no debt, £8.4 million in the bank and the Mcaps just above £10 million sound investment, Mcap should have been above £20m
Not long to wait … at worst end of the month, but I think we’ll get the RNS this week.
2019 it was on the 27th of june so should expect an RNS by next tuesday,
