well,, take us lot. We prior to the update were looking hopefully to around 2p maybe 3p if everything came up rosy. And it went up to 4p!!!! so lots of us sold on this unexpected rise and banked the profit. Others who had been sitting on the sidelines thought "Blimey at 4p that share has got a bit ahead of itself. I think I will wait until it calms down a bit before buying".
At some stage (unless news is coming out almost all the time) shares get over priced or under priced. I don't want to risk buying at 4p if in a weeks time I might be able to buy at 3.1p . Yes I might miss out but the odds are, its more likely to fall. And if it does not fall quickly enough I can still change my plan and buy now at 3.6p if my greed over rules my fear....
Every share has to retrace before continuing on its trajectory until a reversing pattern occurs
Hard to get my head around needing a 10% fall to have a bigger rise. I see the logic of buying more as the price rises (not indefinitely of course)!and so I should buy more Eve but I put what little I have spare into something else this morning.
Nice to have you back Hedge
Why would we have an uncrossing trade at 9am today?
Wyndrum fair points - let's see how this plays out!
Hi Blaster, Im not so sure. Its not about sellers, its about buyers presently. I for instance will increase my holding when I can buy around 3.1p which would suggest a price between 2.88 and 3.p which is where the charts tell me its going. Currently its showing 3.3p to sell.
So, if buyers sit on their hands then sellers (even a very few) will have to accept lower prices.
The RSI is still nearly 80 after yesterdays welcome fall, another 10% fall should leave room for upwards movement.
jmo
We should clear any of the remaining profit takes after the announcement who held on after seeing it fly. the first major down day since then and i think many who dont know much about the business and trading of bare bones will be gone. Hopefully see a recovery close to 4's in the next week or so. As clearly we still have a lot of buyers out there
Yes seems buyer still in the background, MM's shud have order to execute buys at 3.4p since able to sell big volume easily.
...suggests a buyer still here scooping up anything sold?
Just have to wait... all the signs are good for EVE still.
