I think he was definitely on there before, seems a strange time to start redesigning the website. Probably nothing in it I agree though.
Hi Shed....I think the Europa website is not up to date....we have 4 persons on the ground in Spain by all accounts :-$
https://www.proyectotoral.com/equipo/
Thanks a lot Numptypi just as I was working myself up into a frenzy of almost being positive! Anyone else had a look at the Spanish Team page on the website? A work in progress or anything to be read into the absence of Luis?
Our largest shareholder has been in the enviable position to de risk, and an army of small investors now carry the risk to their hard earned.
So to reply to shedulike, it may be dreamland but on this sunny Sunday morning,it’s a lovely thought.
I, like many have a sizeable holding split between pension and isa, wouldn’t it be fantastic for those of us currently involved to receive the benefit of ownership rather than traders waiting on the sidelines.
My experience of life however is that things always take longer than expected, are rarely as valuable as expected, and others always seem to be able to benefit more...but you have still had a lovely thought...
Enjoy your weekend everyone.
No Worries Shed.... :-$ we all want the same success story in the end.... I hope you are right about the suspension though....the thought did cross my mind ..... Locking DB out :-$
Sorry hadn't seen that when I posted Bricks - see what you're getting at now :) In a way there is a certain logic in our pitiful mcap, not expecting this scenario but if our resource can't be processed for any reason it's worthless. Good mets will be transformational and I fully expect the market to put a realistic value on our asset fast. With comparable peers up to 30x our mcap that might mean suspension. Probably in dreamland now but wouldn't that be sweet to lock out all the cautious watchers thinking they'll get in at 0.05 - 0.1 - 0.15
Haha sorry Bricks reading back I didn't mean it like that either! I really meant (apologetically) while nobody needs reminding that there's heaps more shares about it's the mcap that will indicate progress. From your figures then although the sp was a lot higher management have more than doubled the mcap. No consolation for people like us that brought in back then, my first tranche must have lost over 80%. Massive week coming up, if the mets prove this is mineable then the SP should start moving to reflect our true value, perhaps it's just that I've got the filthiest cold ever and feeling sorry for myself but I just a have a nagging feeling there's still going to be uncertainty. Just for once can it please be a slam dunk result?!?
So Shed...To finish this discussion ...there are approximately 15x more shares in issue today...so this should then be reflected in the MCAP...... 15x the Mcap of 1,795, 908 (as at April 2016) would make it worth approx 27M UK pounds today.... So hence my grossly undervalued statement. :-$...and nothing to do with the number of shares in issue.
That was not my intention at all Shed. The MCAP calculated as at April 2016 was as follows:
1,282,791,883 shares in issue in April 2016. Source https://www.sharenet.co.za/v3/sens_display.php?tdate=20160428072200&seq=6
MCAP in April 2016 was worth 1,795, 908 UK pounds.
Bricks I'm sure nobody needs reminding that we have massively more shares in issue now, just out of interest do you happen to know what the market cap was back in 2016?
OIL don't you mean Brandon Hill rather than Baillie Gifford? ATB Verbs
It’s great to see a board that pass on their knowledge and experience to us, I don’t know about the rest of the board but that is so appreciated from you guys, it gives us a more understanding of what we have I shareholders thanks again guys. ATB. Mets this week. Come on.
@ Oiltap...interesting point you mention that an 18m ton Jorc has been delivered in the last 2 years from an initial 8m ton.
I also went through some of my research documentation when I first invested in FCR a few years back and found that once they had completed their due diligence of Goldquest Iberica , FCR's SP was on 11 April 2016, 0.14 pence per share.....Yep...thats right 0.14 pence per share !! Source : http://www.24hgold.com/francais/article-compagnie-or-argent-completion-of-due-diligence-on-goldquest-and-lead-zinc-proj.aspx?articleid=1812763
Since then the BOD has changed radically and has been very focused in terms of delivering value, based on very little spend and curtailing costs to Toral research/development only.
Now think about all the de-risking that has taken place since then ...Scoping Study, Indicated Jorc and now pending Mets....and the SP is now 0.025 pence per share ...this imo is totally laughable and I find it inconceivable that the market has not picked up on this grossly undervalued share. I also think Turner Pope' decision not to issue a new Brokers evaluation note after the last Jorc update ...most probably only wanted to do one after the Mets release ...in hindsight was a very bad error of judgement, both on their part and EUZ BOD.
