Could something in that department be about to follow hot on the heels of today's RNS? Lack of usual media is interesting perhaps waiting for the biggy? Obviously dreary pumpathon with Justin Waite will drop any minute now!
Need a jv or buyout. Simple
NPV is never the same as MCAP - MCAP nearly always at a heavy discount.
Wait a while.....patience is key. The slingshot will happen IMO. We now know what the share is actually worth at todays value....NPV 1.4 pence. Another RNS should be released shortly referring to funding no doubt. This is my opinion only...but considering the quietness of the board whilst delisting took place I think they must have something lined up..... No stress :-) ....Even if we get diluted 100% its still worth 0.7 Pence....lets wait and see.
This is the one thing we were waiting for - mkt reaction has been crap and now nothing to get investors interested atm...impending fundraise is a scary thought. Sells at 0.035 so raising at 0.03 would be an achievement!
Youre quite right there bobby
BricksSA, Your maths IS correct.
There is no way the company have spent north of £100K to de list from ASX just to announce SS figures. I would hope LR and the team have a clear vision going forward and further announcements will be made in due course, funding being a priority and then this will re-rate very quickly.
As I have said before I don't want to see this given away due to cash flow problems but of course would be interested in any sensible offers, as I am sure most would be 1p per share is circa £55M and I personally would be happy with that at this stage of the proceedings. Sometimes your capital is better deployed elsewhere rather than hanging around for years to get a few quid more. I quote 1p because I think 25-35% of the NPV will be given away for FI / JV.
Taking this to a mine seems almost impossible to me with the financial resources we have available to us.
Anyway time will tell, but here's hoping not years. Looking forward to more news in the coming days.(Wishful thinking)
A podcast to reassure holders might not go a miss too, along with an update of where we are at with potential partners/ funding.
Bricks - I think your maths IS wrong. Your decimal place is in the wrong place on current SP! But you absolutely right, AIM 'jam tomorrow' chasers won't like this and will bail. I don't need jam tomorrow and I'm quite willing to wait this one out. If the missus will allow me to dismantle the kitchen sink, I may well throw that at it too. Potential is wide ranging but risk from current SP feels very low
It’s only a matter of time before the value of this asset is reflected in the sp.
…..and miss completely. Who in their right mind would sell a share at .0004 with a net present value of 1.4 pence ? I know EUZ need a cash injection very soon and or a JV and this will happen IMO so the sellers must be very desperate or my math is wrong....:-)
So the resource is over 50x our market cap haha time to load up and wait for jv
Looking at the trades so far. Not much has been sold at all. A few buyers and this could do well today.
Might see more on the partial sale/joint venture.
That has nt changed, at least we have a minimum cons estimate of value. Question is, is there interest..should be. Its a safe juristriction with existing mines that needs jobs and resource is in demand. It would be nice to see more of lr now this is out. £2m mc is pitifull given the npv.
Europa drop on news cycle.....
Funding needs keeping us down.... shame really!
@Tradeuk....I think you are definitely under selling us :-)
Looks like a slow start.
NPV $110M Macp £2m. Urmmm
Yes, about time. Hopefully, we will see this sling shot LR was talking about, before we got in this mess.
Nothing about fund raising though.
Estimated economic forecasts for the Toral Project, based on the current level of work (+/-
30%), for the Conceptual Scenario 2a comprise:
o US$110 million net present value (NPV) using a discount rate of 8%;
o 24.4% internal rate of return (IRR);
o Estimated US$33 million CAPEX for a proposed 450ktpa design capacity plant,
including associated auxiliary costs, with infrastructure being situated near portal
entrance on the north side of the deposit.
o Estimated total CAPEX of US$110 million.
o US$25 per tonne indicative OPEX processing cost at steady state conditions.
o US$36 per tonne indicative OPEX mining cost utilising mechanised cut and fill.
o 15-year production plan, with significant potential for extension.
Hopefully a good day
Who knows. Biggest thing that needs to happen now is still the funding issue. We now have very little funds after the most welcome delisting. Let's see what LR has in store for us!!!
the week we have been waiting for ? Any thoughts as to what potentially will happen this week ?
