Ok maybe instead of the mystic meg approach I should I have said. How does EUZ move from single digit trades to 3 digit trades +? How do we pull investors in? You can have the best product in the world but it does not mean it will sell.

I have lots to add from both sides of the fence but what's the point ? You will be Pidgeon holed as a hero or villain. There is really no incentive to share thoughts here anymore.
This place reminds me of parliament where whatever you real thoughts ,the party whips insist you follow the party line or leave the party :-)

IMHO I see next year of 10p SP and single digit daily trades. A few RNS updates throughout 2021 but nothing that will move the SP significantly. It's one to mothball and come back to in 2022.

Hi Steve I didn't know anything about it to be honest but looking it up it was a porphyry deposit. I remember being told that our copper isn't a porphyry but the origin is in a different type of thermal event, a halo effect apparently which I admit I'm not entirely up on :) We might be hearing more about copper after these drills but that's just a hunch based on a number of things, nothing certain.

Am I right in thinking corta atallaya was the biggest open mine pit in the world once for copper somewhere in Spain ?

The go ahead was passed yesterday for the 17.5-billion euro EU Just Transition Fund. Not sure if we'll be eligible for a piece as mining does have an image problem but the fact is that the electrification of Europe is going to need a hell of a lot of metal. Also when meeting challenging carbon targets it is relevant where your raw materials are produced so there's an incentive to support European producers.

Sorry same as yesterday, posts not appearing so I missed that Bobby. You and Bricks seem to be having a frank exchange of views, all I'd say is that I have tried to lighten the tone from my side of the debate but I can't speak for everyone. I do know that Bricks is a genuine guy and is passionate about EUZ so I am bound to be sympathetic when emotions run high in defence of the project. The 'bombshell' was more about the slightly ambiguous 'key components' comment. At the AGM I think I asked something along the lines of "If we're funded for only key components of the PFS which aspects are we not funded for", I think that's when MC mentioned that the BFS isn't much more work on top of the PFS which wasn't really answering the question. Maybe I fluffed the question or perhaps they think we are funded to complete the PFS but are being cautious in case cash burn is worse than they forecast. Anyway I think the best bet is that things will be tight so we either need a pre-production deal from Conrad or something from the investment banking side from AH, we also know that there our other grant irons in the fire.

I wasnt trying to drop a bombshell, just thinking ahead and wondering if a BFS was fundable by shareholders or would require outside investment like Moonlight. Maybe the PFS will encourage a sponsor for the BFS.
Superior Lake carried out a BFS on their Zinc asset in 2019 but i have been unable to find any costings for it.
That said if the idiot in SA continues to poke people with a sharp stick he shouldn't be surprised if they turn round and bite back.

All we definitely know is that we're funded for the 'key components' of the PFS, we've known this for the last 6 months, this isn't a bombshell. The phrase is deliberately vague which is annoying but since then we have had the drilling grant so that should protect funds from the placing to an extent and we are exploring other funding routes with Conrad and AH's work as we all know. MC said at the AGM that getting from PFS to BFS isn't a great amount of work but we can only guess what will be required until it is costed. Moonlight is a different project with different requirements to get a BFS but I'm not going to go back and research precisely how much more work was required there compared to where we are at Toral, it's in the past now but for instance the 10 drills at Moonlight subsequent to the previous years 10-13m estimate would have put a dent it for starters. We inherited a massive amount of historical drilling at Toral so have managed to advance the project on short targeted campaigns without wildly chasing resource but ensuring that the metallurgy stacks up. Our metallurgy is highly advanced now, just a few more tweaks to the processes before optimum smelter compatibility is established plus this specific work on the early years resource so the numbers should only get better. Yes there is a question mark on how we'll get from PFS to BFS but for the first time since we started at Toral we have products to sell, I sometimes think if they'd kicked the metallurgy down the road but thrown all resources at headline JORC figures we'd have more interest here but remember without the metallurgy to prove that we have economically marketable concentrates Conrad and AH wouldn't have a meaningful product to sell or invite investment in respectively.

You can’t compare apples with pears...Moonlight had no Scoping study. Toral has...and also funding until the end of PFS.....Iron ore vs Zinc Lead plays....different management team....different funding options....what is actually comparable?

Trade i mentioned moonlight because its simplistic for most to understand but it could have been any similar miner.
The point i was trying to get across is the cost of the last BFS where they tried to raise over $10m to fund it. The question was how much will this BFS or PFS cost in reality ? It is relevant because that is the news we are supposedly waiting for.
It seems incredible i have to explain this kind of question as its a core question for the future and like it or not...we have been here before. People know this and that is why despite the best attempts of some to sweep it under the carpet it is a valid question and the current SP and lack of interest backs me up 100%
