I've nailed my colours to the mast before as to what I think the Final Sale Price will be resulting in a share price of £2.97......I've since done many revisions resulting in a new forecast ie £2.97.......to
INFINITY AND BEYOND.....
The FSP does not prevent a cash raise, but as aston notes does put the market in the dark a little.
Apart from the deal makers nobody knows the ins and outs. But looking at the whole story mining is going to be the biggest value generator.
But I do feel without and hands on partner mt, wk and the jv would be too much. So some disposal makes sense. MT flanks is the largest value, so maybe that would be the sale.
For me......we don't know where the hell this is going....those that know, know....those that don't know, including the Market, don't have a clue, how can anyone know where to place the SP....
hi, everybody. nice to see some positivity on the board this weekend and hope the BOD keep doing what theyr doing as its all good. i still think we will take a small hit on shares mon morn as the buggers like to take the michael with good news from the board and use any delays with the FSP to their advantage to make us sweat. but any dip will give us more reason to buy more
Hi Avizandum....I'm 63 and been retired for 5years, I too, at times, have become apathetic but, I do try to keep the brain intellectually active, it takes the edge off...making the beds...putting the laundry in....what to have for tea etc etc....
Thnaks Aston. Have not doubt you are right. Memory fogging with age! (and can't be bothered trawling back all the 8.3's we've had to find the RNS)
Thanks.
Hi Avizandum..note the following statement;
"Following the completion of the Placing the Company will have cash of approximately US$$10.5m. If required, the Company also has access to the previously announced US$1m credit line which is provided by way of a loan agreement between Eurasia and Hamomelia Services Limited, a company owned and controlled by Dmitry Suschov, a director of Eurasia."
Yes Aston, i believe the non-binding offers started coming in around this date, hence the 2.9 confirming the shares in issue, they will have to have had that total to put their offer in -
2nd Dec 2020 12:10 pm RNS Rule 2.9 Announcement
"In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the Company confirms that, as at the date and time of this announcement, it has 2,758,701,681 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in issue and admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange (and no shares held in treasury)."

Indeed Ian, the whole thing is a work of genius to be honest, every option more than covered. Someone will have to bid very big to secure this first mover position for the full acquisition scenario to take place, very big.
All routes lead to brimming treasure chests arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
I hope you're having a lovely weekend, all the best.
GLA
Hi Mac.....I see where you're coming from....the first mention of non-binding offers was via RNS dated... Thu, 14th Jan 2021 07:00......
Superb BOD.... Faultless So far!!
I think we have more surprises/ news due as this reaches life changing conclusion for many.
Sp to reach new highs..... Looking to top up sometime Monday.

Hi Aston
Could be wrong here, but was that institutional placing not DS giving EUA a $10 loan via his own company? (To underpin EUA not in distress!)
Could be talking garbage here.
Yes, but non-binding offers were not in at that stage, that's the difference. They can't change the share level, the offers are made to the shares in play at the time. They can't issue more as they progress those offers, it would change the offers.

These two RNS s are tactics.
1. We can raise the money to mine it ourselves.
2. Probably until now the Russians and the Chinese who are in cahoots with each other have low balled their offers but introducing the Japanese who are not in cahoots with either will make the others think twice about making realistic offers.
Win Win !
*sorry....during the FSP....
Hi mac....The Offer period commenced on 1stJuly 2020 & there was an Institutional placing 18th August 2020...was this not an issue of shares after the FSP ?
Bit confusing -
Mac "The part you're missing Ian, is they can only issue shares after the FSP is concluded"
Are you sure this is correct Mac, the company had a placing of Shares in August 2020?
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/EUA/general-update-and-institutional-placing-at-225p-yh2uz9tcbjepr54.html
Very true Mac, I was playing on the, 'Why would they angle', I still don't think they want to mine anything going forward, they want a full buyout if they can, and I think that's what they are aiming for!
All roads lead to Rome with EUA, and no way am I selling any stock, here till the sold sign goes up.
Have a great day!
Errr...has Tilly been banned again, or on shore leave?
Fine point MAC.
The part you're missing Ian, is they can only issue shares after the FSP is concluded, so in a scenario of a asset sale and move to the Rosgeo JV, there is no shooting in the foot, in fact a rights issue would allow shareholders to help fund the first Rosgeo JV asset with part of the proceeds they receive from a special divi from an asset sale. This has been very carefully thought out, every option is financially secured going forward from this point.

The company do like to put the cat among the pigeons :-)
THE first RNS on Friday was about a new Director Appointment -
The company is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. Tamerlan Abdikeev as a non-executive Director of the Company and the head of Eurasia's office in Japan ("Eurasia Japan") who has already added significant value by bringing interested parties from Japan, that are keen to secure PGM deposits for nuclear-contaminated water cleaning and for the hydrogen economy, where Japan is striving to take the global leadership position. Tamerlan has introduced Asian strategic investors to Eurasia ....
Wow, simply wow, just think about that one, think long and hard!
The second one was about a Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting -
The purpose of the EGM is to seek Shareholder approval for the following Resolution:
Resolution 1 - General Power to allot securities
This is just standard stuff and has been in all past company resolutions, and passed!
It is there to give the company the authority 'TO' issue new stock 'IF' needed and with $6,000,000 in the bank, not at the moment! and also the nonspecific offer by way of a rights issue IF the BOD ever deem it necessary!
Simplistically, this stuff only lasts for 12 months and has to be re-voted on to keep everything legal and up to date!
As the company is in no way distresed, this is just a threat to any prospective buyer to say we CAN at the drop of a hat raise capital.
The rest of the RNS was just great and bullish on how the company is planning to expand, and BOY is it expanding!
What proof do I have that they do not want to go ahead with a cash raise or rights issue?
Well, just look at it logically, who are the major shareholders, Oh, yes, the BOD, they are not stupid, far from it!
If they were to issue new stock they would be shooting themselves in the foot, with dilution.
If they were to issue a rights issue, because they are currently in a formal sales process, THEY themselves could not partake in it!
When we received the JV RNS giving us the option over nine more mines I said WHY now, this is NOT for EUA, but for the NEW company who buys us out to take on!
Rember when we got the DFS RNS, where it stated we could run the two mines concurrently, and the BOD clearly stated ... THAT is NOT their PLAN ...
Rember that Sinosteel funding deal that keeps on getting kicked down the road!
The company has NO intention of an apparent plan A, that is just to give the IMPRESSION that we could if we have to!
We are now playing against the BIG boys and so have to 'big up our hand'!
"The Directors are confident that the ability to allot securities and 'DEMONSTRATE' the capacity to develop the Kola PGM and battery metals district independently of other strategic options available to the Company benefits the Company and its Shareholders by improving Eurasia's 'NEGOTIATIING' position"
We have swapped out some duff cards and are now holding a
