Mm manipulation keeping us in a holding pattern ie 19-21p for weeks. No increase from flanks included at this price point either. All the value is in what’s in the ground and the scarcity of it.
People want this and will pay for it.
The SP has risen because of the promise of an impending sale not based on the increase in resources, that makes this an incredibly risky investment. No sale and this plummets.
Bottom of page 7 for example, where it lists the sources -
"Brebner, Daniel/ Tanners, Timna/ Snowdowne, Andrew: UBS Investment research, Mining and Steel
Primer, June 2008"
We are in a FSP ran by UBS, that valuation link is full of info that has been sourced from UBS.
Like i've stated a number of times now, i encourage all investors to go through that pdf. It will also give you a better idea of what gmf78 has done with his valuation.

No no franny, it shows you how to value a mining company at any given stage. Discounted cash flow is the suggested method at a certain point. It covers that and other valuation techniques for various mine stages.

Any offer for the company has nothing to do with the current share price. if you look at the Power of 78 calculations, any offer is based on the estimated future income streams discounted at a given rate. The share price today reflects the level of production/profitability now and takes no account of future streams. The model that Mac provided shows how to value a company for sale, there are others that can be used.
Jessx - I assume jesx so filtered again. Nice try
Beware the rampers, mac ramped a company called Kennedy Ventures once, lost over 90% of its value.
Reason not sloth makes a naysayer!
Yes, that's the one musso, thank you. And it shows what happens once an offer comes in, in terms of where the sp will move to in relation to any offer. It's a great example for that imho.

They was called collagen solutions Mac. COS.l for the ticker
Okay guys thanks for the responses.. Mac I remember that company. Not trying to deramp or anything.... This share could sort out my daughters secondary education at a quid.
Thanks again guys
There was a company recently in a FSP, i forget the name, but they received an offer at 160% higher than where the sp was. The sp is pretty much irrelevant in these situations, as it is the assets, and what stages they are at, that they are primarilly valuating. DFS's, PFS's all add value. Take the time to read through that PDF, you will learn a lot imho.

Mac I agree.. You guys are a lot more clued up on this kinda stuff then me hence I am asking. I just don't get when we could all be 5 bagging from here today why the sp is only 19p. That's what I am asking.
One reason might be if there's no sale then the sp drops thru the floor. The BOD has stated this is a possibility although in my opinion unlikely. Hope this helps.
That is what you use to value a mining company Dufry, what more do you need?. That is the industry known ways of valuating, anything else is just noise.

Was wondering how long it would take for the first green coffin idiot to come out... Asked a legit question and am invested... None of you have ever had an answer and still don't... Hence my point.
Thanks tonwin.
Good argument
Oh dear! The Green coffins are back . Good night everyone as the best way to avoid them. GLA LTH
Mac very helpful response.... Not
I can see the resources but the market doesn't agree.
Hence my question.
Anyways like I said yday, if we sell for a quid will be a life changer
Imo, I don't believe the market does value the company at 19 to 25p, I think they have purposly suppressed the sp to allow jub's short to be closed, now I think the late trades on friday was the short been closed, I could be wrong, but if I am right next week the brakes will be off and we should see true value.

Guys I have a question. Always bothered me and hence not getting too excited yet. Have asked before and seen others ask but never had a proper answer.
By the way no deramping as you will know from my post yday I went all in after selling my TILS holding.
Basically why would eua sell for £1,£2 or in Rowkas predictions of £3 when the market values us at 19p to 25p.
