Morning Billions
Last night you said "Russian companies have a habit of selling out cheap...."
I assume you have plenty of recent examples you can share, as well as why youbwere believe they were sold "cheaply"? Be grateful if you could oblige. Cheers!
If only
Oh dear... green box brigade don't like the facts when it don't suit.
Always happy to distort for their own agenda. No doubt that the rampers are the real manipulators here probably facilitating someone selling out. Just look at the ramping after the last few RNS, and subsequent sell into the rise.
Billions are you even invested. Never known someone so negative on a share in all my life
Most likely it is people who are selling because they don’t believe no divi is coming. It’s a case of you either believe the bod or not
Completely unsubstantiated ramping. Facts are approach from buyers came when the sp was at less than 3p. 2 years of trying and no bids. Probably forced to close the FSP by takeover panel. Only one bidder at the table, all the power is with them.
Keep coming back to the AC sale and speeding ticket. Russian companies have a habit of selling out cheap..... expect low ball take out or no sale.
Ask yourself what a proposal is?
It's synonymous to an offer. The word offer cannot be used as it would need to be elaborated on in the rns, as an offer would deduce that terms and conditions had been reached. A proposal puts the ball in EUA'S COURT, and the BOD are looking after us. So relax we are nearly there.
The Directors are committed to maximising the value for all the shareholders, and we are delighted to have received a proposal from a credible party that could allow us to pay a significant dividend to all shareholders.
Proposals aren't of the cuff comments made in a pub. A credible party would have spent many hours, weeks or months evaluating, assessing, constructing in cohesion with advisors of all areas necessary to make a formal proposal. The FSP would not of ended unless this proposal would be VERY LIKELY almost certain, to be carried to its logical conclusion. Only SP manipulation is beer googling you from seeing it
farraway I've been invested here 10 months, £4 for the divi is an absurd pipe dream, it would be equally absurd for the whole company at present. Hudson's other notion that you don't lose anything until you sell is also rubbish, ask those that sold some at 28p if they think they lost anything right now.
I sold some below my average, invested elsewhere and if I hadn't I'd have been worse off right now, no shame in that.
I still hold about 85% of what I had in EUA but if I spot a better prospect I'll have no qualms about selling more below my average.
I do see a board of changing names here which may be a clue as to why the SP is dropping, who knows.
Hoping for a good conclusion for all here but these crazy figures being knocked around are bunkum baby!
Yep true but eua don’t have that much proven resources to constitute a value of £4 a share. They have 2.2 moz jorc certified.
Dug up any PGM's is not the only measure of value.
Do you know what will happen to global industries in years to come if they can't source PGM's?
The world is going one way, crypto & PGM's are the new mobile phones and desktop/laptops of the future generations, and supply isn't infinite
Hudson stop misleading. It was a proposal. A proposal and offer are two different things.
Okay go and tell us why you think £4 is not ridiculous… £12 billion mcap for a company who hasn’t dug anything up is a overvalued.
Have you read the last rns?
FSP ended because an offer came from a source that is THE BEST OUTCOME FOR SHAREHOLDERS
The offer is being worked to binding. Fsp is only relevant if 90% (I think) of the company is being disposed of. Eua have added a potential 104moz of PGM's to their basket. Therefore he sale of my or WK or both does not constitute the need to be in a FSP. All you have to do now is wait for an rns stating the dividend or the /final deal.
Simple
Some of these posts are absolutely ridiculous re £4 dividend. As a holder of this share for 8 months during which the company did not receive a firm offer for the business and the full sale process was abandoned we now have a vague " credible offer" . Come on investors, I am holding because I refuse to sell at such a loss and am clearly not alone but i have said before since FSP abandoned company MUST give clear information not vague potential offers and significant dividend promise .
£4 isn't ridiculous. The BOD have not revealed to the market all the factual data abou what they have. Certainly they are well aware of it. Certainly all the data will be shared with the potential buyers. To say its ridiculous you must be using the SP as a yard stick?
Don't you think the BOD know that the SP may be manipulated or dragged down once nda's are in place?
Maybe £4 is ridiculous but 50p divi is certainly on the cards.
Looking forward to the AGM?
Once the AGM has been dealt with, could it be right time to drop the RNS with all the details of the bid?
I am assuming that the bid they are concentrating on must be acceptable and therefore much nearer the recent AFC valuation of 70p+ which BTW does not include significant EUA assets of value, such as the 104M Oz Platinum equivalent 75% JV with Rosgeo. So we are not talking loose change.
Do not forget, the RNS in May 2021 actually stated that there were several bids related to the securing of the JV with Rosgeo.
This implies that improved offers are on the table.
I suspect all parties were anticipating the JV and therefore the improved deal was being worked on well before the JV was confirmed as official.
I do think it is unlikely we will hear details of the offer until the AGM has passed. Only one week to go thankfully.
However, could we get a massive surprise and Massive dividend conformation before the AGM?
Another possibility: Will we be given notice for an EGM relating to an announcement at the AGM?
There must be examples of companies revealing big news at AGM's and surprising shareholders or am I wrong and AGM's are nearly always a boring and quick vote counting for mundane resolutions.
The current SP looks like it has been heavily manipulated, but there will be a conclusion, we will find out the extent of the manipulation and hopefully be celebrating with a few Rums and copious amounts of Champagne accompanied with a Pirate Burger.
If I was an MM I think my next move would be a significant (or massive) move upwards in SP to catch out anyone looking for a turn in sentiment.
I think a nice 50%+ rise, any day now would be a good way of getting the show back on the yellow brick road.
We never should have sent Hooch in to do the negotiations for £35. I would have accepted a conservative £2.
GLA Sharegar.
Exactly roger65. I agree, £4 per share is way too cheap! Ridiculous.
MS
£4 per share is just ridiculous talk. Just be sensible for everyone’s sake. Please.
Of course. The market however expecting the next rns to be THE BIG ONE. When I e good news but not THE news the sp drops. So expect it. That's the trend
Busy day at work…….Think I’ll go on a EUA buying spree tomorrow !
Large gin - that's it.... Fsp is over. A deal is on the table. Eua via DLA PIPER are tieing it up for us.
That's exactly it.. Fundamentals have got better. When this is all over and say we get £4 a share they'd be many thanking the mms and the institutions and the weak legged for keeping the sp low so they didn't part with any golden tickets at 30-40p
Cheers Hudson... Needed that post.
Keep repeating after me
'the fundemtals haven't changed...'
