kirky66 I get fed up with reading the same old nonsense from the Happy Clappers on here, your summation is spot on.
Some of the comments on here that it's UBS and they wouldn't get involved if the deal wasn't huge & nailed on are ridiculous. The claims they will want to rush to get a deal done because of what UBS are charging is ridiculous.
The idea that a huge amount of that 20p SP is not down to speculation of a sale is ridiculous.
Eurasia Mining as an on going business is not worth its current SP, it will fall dramatically if there is no sale., regardless of how good the BOD are.
Kirky66 we don’t need marketing this is a unique once in a lifetime opportunity to acquire the best and probably last mine of its type, with incredible resources. If that’s not exciting I don’t know what is. Even a glimmer of an update will be a thrill for me, and I think there will be some reassuring words from the BOD, which will help those who are maybe not as chilled as you or I
Good luck all
AGMs are boring. Why do people expect a rise in share price on anticipation? As the fsp rns stated from the BOD ‘there can be no guarantee of a sale’. It’s not ‘in the bag’. We are not ‘near the end’ because we are 12 weeks in. It is not costing the banks ££££ to market us, only if we are in the final stages. They should be hungry to seal a deal but it’s not a given. There are interested parties yes.
I am looking forward to hearing the replies to PI Q’s and the future. With or without a sale.
My pension relies on it!
Chill out people.
Dickie88, hope you're having a good time. I'm on the end of the Gower atm.
Thirsty work, all this walking ;-)
Hey seadog no way i too am in wales on holiday! Im in abersoch
Good morning all. I don't post much now but read every day.
Garyboy 1969, fully agree. My average is 9.2 and I've been in since before suspension and whilst the SP is disappointing it's not why us investors are here. Hopefully great news not too far away.
Have good breakfast Ian, l bet the estuary is great in this weather.
I'm on holiday in Wales and this Indian summer is a real bonus.

EUA have never put themselves directly in shop window here with a big for sale sign up in the front garden, it has been by positive researched RNS after RNS that has done that and got the big boys circling and enquiring about sales, so for me nothing has changed well except more flanks licenses and the amounts of precious and rare metals in the ground have grown and grown by the basketful.
Yes the SP is a bit disappointing just now but when you see some of the brilliant and factual research done from the likes of Rowka and mac to name but a few and JTs daily volumes you just know the MMs are 100% playing games here and the weak are falling hook line and sinker for it..ive been holding since 1.54 and have only topped up when i can.
We are nearly over the line now in Week12..HOLD HOLD HOLD..GLA..
"The problem as I see it is trying to evaluate EUA's resources is nigh on impossible, hence the seemingly protracted negotiations."
Absolute nonsense nimshy6, you can evaluate them at any stage relatively easily -

So you agree with what I said 100%, given that fact, are you RNSMAN?
Because I'm not!
To be fair to PartyPooper, he does make a valid point. Considering 95% of the people here had no interest in EUA when the flanks application was announced as we still remained at 0.5p, but then everyone jumped on the band wagon when a potential sale was announced. An announcement that no offers have been received isn’t likely to go down well.
However, with interest from other parties first being mentioned probably over 18 months ago now and the Citic announcement being 11 months ago, it’s very unlikely that no offers will be received. Plus, on the slim chance of no offers coming-in, I’m sure will BoD will mention the triggering of the Sinosteel funding swiftly after, which would give the share price momentum.
On a different note. What’s the likelihood we’re going to see a big increase in buying over the next 2 days, as people scramble to get last minute shares incase something is mentioned at the AGM. Should be an interesting couple of days of trading.
Forkton I already said that previously, some invested here are not prepared for that though, just need to look at some of the comments.
Stupid questions.
1. Of course no one can be sure of a sale, but it’s looking likely.
2. If no sale it may result in a temporary drop in SP but in the long term the resources WILL be mined which WILL result in a much higher SP.
I for one don’t care , my money is in and staying in come what may.
JiffyBag Answer me two questions?
1. Is a sale certain 100%
2. What do you think happens to the SP if there is no sale?
Answer those and I'll answer your question!
Forgive me , PP but your not by any chance RNS Man are you?
You do seem to have a similar train of thought as he :O)
In the event of no sale PP we will most likely be onto a bigger winner in the long run !
Think of all that lovely Palladium, all to ourselves!!!

You're going to know nothing until an offer is made, is a "negotiations are going well" really going to mean a right lot?
I'd expect nothing stated about the FSP other than what they said when it was announced.
As for taking half my investment out, you can't comment on if I'd be nuts because you don't know what I'd do with the money.
Why is it odd to want to know how the fsp is going? We've not had an update on it in months. It's nothing to do with driving the sp up it's to do with getting an update on how things are going. If they told us negotiations are going well, sp went up and you sold half you'd be nuts to be honest!
In the event of a "no sale" 12p is not "utter bullocks", all rises since July have been in the knowledge and expectation of a sale.
No sale of any kind is not likely in my opinion but In that event I'd expect the SP to plummet.
I'm amazed you haven't considered the worst case scenario.
12p dont talk utter bullocks
ferg Why do you want some hint? To drive the SP up? If it went up a little I'd be seriously tempted to sell at least half me holding in this. Just wait til the crunch RNS, as it stands I'd not take the losses to get out.
jester It might be that no acceptable offer comes in, the price drops to 12p and a year or two of organic development before EUA is purchased, it's a possibility, it really is despite what the Happy Clappers will tell you. We have a great chance of a positive short term outcome but nothing is certain.
Well it better be a favourable outcome after so many months in limbo... gla

I would say it's a forgone conclusion that ''they are in negotiations''
The problem as I see it is trying to evaluate EUA's resources is nigh on impossible, hence the seemingly protracted negotiations.
IMV it may be so difficult that there is no bid for either assets or the company as a whole, in which case our BOD decide to go ahead themselves, if this happens then short term the sp may drop a wee bit but longer term shareholders should do exceptionally well.
Patience is required whilst our BOD try to secure the best outcome for all shareholders.
We can only pray they want to offer SOME sort of hint to what's going on. They're not stupid they know it's all people are concerned with right now (and yes I know it's not on the AGM agenda!). As you say even just confirmation they are still in negotiations or much better yet "negotiations are going well"... would make all our our weeks/month I'm sure!
I personally would like a small update on fsp as we are now into our 12th week, we haven’t had anything yet but surely they can tell us if they are in negotiations. Wether or not we get an update is a different story. Future definitely does look bright for EUA though that’s for sure!!!
