dealer55; getting off AIM would make everyone’s life much more enjoyable. I certainly will never invest in another company on AIM after EUA.
I pray that EUA2 lists off AIM we are too big and way past the penny stock manipulation. World class remember.
I think we all know the potential with EUA is huge but until the BOD release that potential the market just won’t let the SP have a decent rise. EUA v1 asset sale is still ongoing and EUA v2 can’t progress as we haven’t got the Rosgeo licences yet. I’m positive the BOD expected the licences to be transferred by now (otherwise why do the additional $15m cash raise in Sept)? The only JORC which realistically could be released at present is NKT open pit. All the above licences & JORC’s could be released tomorrow or we could still be discussing them in the summer. We have no idea on expected times for anything. Meanwhile the mysterious II’s (probably with much more info than us) are having a field day with the SP.
DLA Piper will be at the top for a very long time tbh, they're getting everything right, we'll all see here very shortly!
I hope all have had a lovely weekend and are ready for the coming week whatever it may bring.
Critical green metals is the place to be right now and Eurasia is the best out there value wise to be getting in to it all. Even now in the mid twenties it is nowhere near where the true value will start to head when more JORC's begin to land and show the true resource situation over there
Dividends shortly from asset sales and possibly WK production and then their green Hydrogen journey will truly get going with EUA V.2.0.
Perfectly company sailing in the perfect storm!

Not sure if they are still on the no deal no fee arrangement as this was specific to the sale process which formally ended.
There has been no clarity from the board over this and there should be IMO nothing preventing them to give us this info.
I thought the first mention of DLA Piper in an RNS was dated 30th Sept 2020 but stand to be corrected.
Evan3020 asks,
"Anyone know what the smallest deals they have done?"
I know that two DLA Piper executives once bought a McDonalds meal deal whilst out for lunch.
Hope that answers your question.
I think the EUA deal will be bigger though.

this has been debated many times on here,
Dimitry made this a crystal clear point in the 2019 interveiew, he categorically stated that they were working on success fee only,
i suggest you watch the interview
There will be bonuses on a success basis but I’m not so sure DLA are working on success fee only for two years.
Quite sure we must be at stage 6 on this 'typical example?

Let’s hope another couple of billion dollars are added to that total....
Anyone know what the smallest deals they have done?
Best in the business. Nothing more to be said.
EUA will ensure they remain No 1 in 2022 AND 2023 ;)
And both UBS & DLA started over 2 years ago on a zero retainer, success fee only! How big is this deal/s???
Agreed Pete and all. It feels close now could be wrong but has felt really close for a few weeks now. Wonder what’s stopping JORCs deals etc from being released. Dotting I crossing Ts I hope. Maybe this is the week.
It just goes to show what a top team we have working on our behalf doesn’t it. Come on Piper get this job done and let the jub-a-thon commence.
ATB Pete
#1 in Russia also, mmm..... wonder who that could be
