It will all come down to prioritise, where does coal feature as a priority against helium, liquidised gas, solar etc etc?
I'm pretty sure the rise is off the back of the new nomad, rather than any developments.
UAE and Tanzania still sit on UK govt red list which indicates unacceptable levels of covid in each country. I just can't see people moving between these 2 countries at the moment.
Last update talks stated an update when hand over date is known, not when hand over takes place. We must be realistic, once people can move it is going to take 60 days to get people and equipment to the country, in situ and functioning.
