100% agree Bella.. You can’t open up the economy without speed and DVRG will have it in abundance.. When these results drop the market will have a huge wake up call..

I do still feel both Avacta and Deepverge are working with the UK Govt and are both restricted by Do Not Disclose clauses...
The UK Govt is dumping their cheap and nasty LFT kits by using them on school kids...
The bigger picture is about opening up hospitality, large sporting events etc and they need REALLY accurate and FAST kits to do this plus AI tech/mobile app.
Only Avacta and Deepverge have the total package for them.
News anywhere from 17 March to 31 March...
Hi Chesh, did you see that 250k trade?
I don’t know why I said that retiredby40 still half asleep lol. Yes I know, we use Aptamers and Affimers to capture the virus on nano-photonic microchips, and now they have both been proven to capture the new strains.. exiting times ahead
The main criterion for the Slater screen is the PEG ratio, which compares the price/earnings (P/E) ratio of a company to the earnings growth rate. If the P/E ratio is 10X and the earnings growth rate is 20% then the PEG ratio is 0.5 (lower is better).
Fast growing companies tend to reward investors if earnings growth continues or their P/E (price to earnings ratio) rating improves. When both factors occur together the resulting share price momentum can be dramatic.
Ah okay Paul, sure they’ll do very well buying snd 24p so good luck to them!
Really looking forward to the next few weeks and I genuinely expect us to be nearer to 100p than 30p come end of Q2 if not early Q2 so April.
RB40, I object. It is not a silly comparison at all. As Jim xxx once said, Elephants can't run (try reading the Zulu Principle).
Helium did very well out of their last sale (which I understand due to the % value of its portfolio) but given where we are now (over 50% lower than their last large sale) I’m surprised they haven’t bought more. More fool them IMO as I imagine we’ll be nearer or beyond their last sale price than where we are now.
News due on skintrustclub and of course both products under test. A massive few weeks ahead.
Thanks Paul and hopefully we’re both sophisticated NHWIs.
Hutch our test is being validated/tested independently so we’re not waiting on AVCT’s validation, we’re also using Optimers from Aptamer. Anyway, news next week and here’s hoping it’s positive and detailed with a realistic roadmap/plan laid out. Detail needed, a woolly RNS will do us no favours and we’ll continue to languish. The last few RNSs have been positive but the share price hasn’t reacted well so I’m sure GB knows what’s needed and we’ll move to highs snd a good few of us will be sophisticated!
It seems to me, we are just waiting on affimers getting full approval.. Once approved, all the cogs will be in place for full approval for the breathalyser..
I have a large holding in AVCT but a larger holding here. Pointless comparing apples snd pares. Also, some rather impressive institutions bought shares at 120p, very savvy US funds who rarely invest in AiM PLCs which says a lot. Look at our large holders, aside from Helium it’s directors. That says a lot. I believe that will change on H2 but a silly comparison especially given the therapeutic arm of AVCT.
Anyway here’s hoping the next couple of RNSs attract some sophisticated investors and not retail mugs like me!! I think that will be the case.
Also Dvrg big news due around same time as avacta. All within next three weeks . Hmm
People happy buying shares in £500m AVCT but selling in £50m DVRG? Come on, Mr Market time it's to wake up and smell the coffee here?
I fullu agree Paul, et all.
I think many are keeping an eye ready to jump in. Problem for them is, if its a big RNS they will probably have problems buying and it could be 40, 50, 60% up before they can...we will all be sitting back and enjoying while they are getting finger ache with their refresh buttons.
We always had the proven tech, the question mark was always on the science but now that is proven as well! ....can't believe people are not joining the dots have not worked it out yet?
it feels like the calm before the storm... Are we at a cross roads.... Can i use more clichés? A good RNS with details and its take off, or under deliver and its 20p territory for the foreseeable
It’s Affimer. We need a blockbuster RNS as even 20% from here is less than 34p. A blockbuster RNS with proper detail and we could multibag and should but a woolly jam tomorrow one and we’ll be in lower 20s. I’m sure GB has learnt from the last pump and dump so I think we’re gonna have a superb end to Q1.
If I had spare cash I’d add but am seemingly expecting news on all my holdings of which this is the largest.
I’m in both avacta and dvrg, as I’m sure a lot of us are but I’m amazed people aren’t realising the potential here using the affirmer tech. This could be massive
I'm struggling to get my head around the realistic size of opportunity for the Breath Test, not in a bad way. GB has often said he is targeting the cruise industry, and to only have a small piece of that would be significant to DVRG. Some have mentioned licensing as the way to go with this...next few weeks I am sure will become clearer.

Yes, as #DVRG use
@avacta
Affimers on the microfluidic nanochip for the #MicrotoxPD sewage detection and #MicrotoxBT #breathtest to identify the virus, it confirms the specificity of the SARS-CoV-2 binding agent, so very positive for
@DeepVerge
From AVCT RNS * March 2021
"We are pleased to confirm that Avacta's rapid antigen test detects the B117 strain, an important variant of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and one which is especially prevalent in the UK. We have also shown that our test detects the D614G variant, the current dominant global strain.
We will continue to monitor the performance of the Affimer reagents with future dominant variants as they become available to us. Since the Affimer reagents we use in Avacta's range of SARS-CoV-2 tests do not bind in the region of the spike protein where the dominant mutations appear, we do not anticipate that the performance of the tests will be affected.
Now that we have developed a robust lateral flow test architecture, we can easily insert Affimer reagents that that can be very rapidly developed for new variants if necessary, and indeed in response to any other future pandemic virus.
