In terms of square feet, indeed, @gjbrandon. But a boeing 737 is about 33 metres in length, which was used to quantify the length of one side of the hypothetical square, as were the 3 buses and the blue whale.
It's difficult to visualise how big 10,000 sq feet is. But everyone will be familiar with the length of a 737 or 3 london buses (or the whale :-) ). So to visualise a square with each side being the length of a 737 is approx 10,000 sq feet
My maths is a little rusty but a 30m by 30m square is 900 square meters, approx 10,000 square feet).
@Dingodog1 it might be useful to qualify your stats before writing them. The Boeing 737 BBJ3 has 1,120 square feet (104 m2) , so the laboratory space at this point, before we expand further in York is closer to to equivalent of 9 Boeing 737 airlines. Information on wikileaks
And the Co is also looking for a "warehouse" in the vicinity.
Is that to stock Microtox PDs you think, or Skin Trust Club products?
To help with perspective, 10,000 square feet is about 930 square metres, which is an equivalent to a square with each side being about 30m in length. A blue whale, a boeing 737 and 3 London buses are all roughly 30m in length
Confirmation of Ragnarr's earlier post on LinkedIn:
'It’s been a busy year for Labskin - scientifically validated tests on lab-grown skin, who has expanded not once, but twice here at York Biotech Campus.
Its most recent expansion means that Labskin can introduce two new services.
The first is from Modern Water, a world-leading water monitoring company. Labskin’s work with them will include producing Microtox, a testing system that uses reagents to detect toxins in air, water, soil and sediment. Labskin’s second new service is Skin Trust Club, its first venture into offering a consumer product.
The expansion sees Labskin increase its presence onsite to over 10,000 sq ft, with five additional labs, office space, storage and cold rooms added during its most recent growth.

Every time I oversleep there is a DVRG RNS, usually oversleep after a works night out, the next works night out is Thursday 16th, so I am putting forward an RNS on Friday 17th. It’s going to be a big night out, so also expecting a similar correlation with an RNS.
Correlation and causation are different things, so do your own research.
