let me get this right,
Somebody thinks that the government is going to enter a contract for somebody to provide a "plant-based Pizza to schools"
firstly, you are talking about selling a high-priced vegetarian pizza to schools, what is the difference between them just making or buying vegetarian pizza, for say quarter of the price? where is your margin?
second, you clearly do not understand how school contracts work, they are not set by central government.
Third, there are already competitors in this marketplace, based in the UK & Europe, they sell vegetarian pizza, Pizza with fake meat, in pizzas with different bases, and vegetables. This
Fourth, why would any government, trust this company, look at its history from incorporation to now, it appears to be a story of failures....
If anybody does enter this market, it will be a company already with a strong position, good capital, and strong market standing.... I think they have probably already missed the boat on this...
Open your eyes people.... This is a joke.this
however with Tiny Mcap surely it's worth a punt at these levels.
What about Launch of Plant based pizza's in Philippines and potentially in the USA.
huge potential here.
just let the storm pass over
Of course the plant based industry offers potential on a wider scale but you can guarantee this shower of **** won't be involved in it. Couldn't even get that pathetically small fundraise off the ground for anything better than 50% discount, if that doesn't stink, what does?!
*Further more Company will be -: The Company had previously announced the venture builder model that would seek a public listing. The Company will own a substantial stake in the venture builder and is currently in the early stages of preparing for a public listing with a target admission date in Spring 2022. The venture builder has a lead investor and expects to achieve a non-brokered listing. A double edge still too good to miss a wonderful investment soo low Sp

And another question earl just to test your knowledge of dish, what is PoppyFlower Investments Ltd?

That’s not how it works.
They will own 70% of Amala inc, so they won’t get the proceeds from the sales. They will benefit from NAV uplift. It’s pretty much a private equity investment vehicle now.
But will need significant funding.

why you confusing simple business model.
Amala formerly BigDish,
whatever Amala Inc gets, that's what Amala food gets.
Dish is Amala foods plc
The one actually producing the plant based products is Amala food inc which Amala foods plc will own 70% of.
So they will have a stake in Amala foods inc but not receive any cash flow and therefore still have a cash flow problem on the plc front.

answer to your question
Dish is Amala foods Not a separate entity.
o approve a Special Resolution to change the name of the Company from BigDish Plc to Amala Foods Plc.
If dish have a stake in a venture builder and a stake in Amala foods (separate entity)
Then there will be no cash coming into this company. They will have potential gain via the holdings but this version of dish will always need to get additional funding just to keep itself ticking over.
Any thoughts on this Earl?
