Yes supply and demand
No one here knows what will happen next week to share price … it could go both ways , and no one to blame !
Good luck ! Fasten seat belts - next full 6 m results March should be Fantastic! :)
Remember, "supply and demand!"
Comedy gold
Well said Sheltie. Totally agree with everything you said about Charles the defense bot.
His reply sums up the worthless drivel the Charles bot spouts. Absolutely nothing new and zero added value.
Still, we know he doesn't listen though he says he does, won't post less though he says he will and is too lazy to do his own research apart from begging people here for information that he then disregards if it doesn't fit his agenda. On top of that it appears the bot has the power to allow iis to buy or sell shares on its permission.
Apart from that no problem.
Great entertainment. Being a bot I guess he is live 24 / 7. Aren't we lucky to have him!
Well some are positive , some see volatility-
I did not know ML is during HP for 150 million
I hope you all make money … next week will be interesting
Supply and demand !
No. He is just sick to death of your ego driven, vacuous posts. 32 ego boosting posts today alone, despite everyone's requests to you to reduce exactly this kind of volume; you show a total disregard for people on this board. In fact it's a complete lack of social etiquette and respect. Your arrogance means that in fact, you do NOT "listen" to anyone at alI. I hold, but I do not, like every other person here, subscribe to your constant ramping and repetition, that's all. Everything you say, is a total guess; just like me, 'apparantly' having sold on Friday. Wrong. Like all of your £6, £7, £8 blah blah blah guesses. You have put so many, like me, right off this Board. The share price is the story here pal and, like it or not, it's nothing to write home about.
CR8/i wouldnt be too confident,i cant see many ii buying in until the case is over and there is no come back on DARK. No one seems to mention that ML is suing HP, for i think about £150M. We need settlement, lets hope this appeal is months not years
Given what I see , could he try to bargain and settle with a big fine say 500 million ? Or is it too late ! His CFO has 5 years in jail paid 10 million and has 2 per cent of Dark shares ? CFO will be out of jail by 2024 … does ML have a get out of jail card ? Julian Assange case is taking years !
sw ML might have taken out insurance to cover legal fees but maybe it is capped. And, from memory his legal expenses are I believe are currently £4 million per month. Now he has got to appeal his legal costs are going to cost more and over an indefinite time period that could be years!
SW - I did not know ML had insurance to cover legal fees and Fines - great news ..
People might be forgetting the ML news since IPo might be baked into price … now the uncertainty is over ,… new big investors might be Ok to accumulate, and buy the shares of those who sell out early from the Hypergrowth successful firm .
March full half year results should confirm again with 45 days the details of the business success and the value of the company … patience ! Rome was not built in a day !
Buy or Sell it’s up to you , I will be most likely buying next week after seeing the price action !
cef/forced share sales isnt the problem here,no one can force ML to sell his shares. He took out insurance years ago to cover legal fees and fines.
I stand corrected, ijgs........Lynch is a Darktrace shareholder rather than a director.
Cefncribwr. Mike Lynch is not a darktrace director.
Rubbish post above - there are no forced sales in near future by big shareholders that I can see ?
Yes please sell your shares on Monday and go somewhere else !
Dark business is growing at 50 per cent a year , and already 60 per cent down from peak , now priced perhaps around only 6 X sales …so significantly undervalued ( there is littke pressure for any large shareholders including ML to sell any shares at these levels in near term , and even if they do , many new investors want to buy in this Hypergrowth successful company ) … this share can be volatile and anything can happen but business going well !
For what it's worth, this share seems to be a risky investment with an increasing amount of potential downside. It's bad enough that one of Darktrace's directors has substantially lost a massive fraud case brought against him and a colleague (surely an 'I'm out' for most investors). The pressures on the share price will surely come from the risk of a forced shares sale to meet the claim, as well as nervousness about what lies in Darktrace's accounts. I just feel that people need to tread very carefully. Do your own research, of course (including current newspaper reports).
