Funny how hard someone recently tried to keep the price down on xop to mislead lse. How easy do you think it’s to order 2 big sells and loading up for the same undervalued price from different accounts? 20m volume ~£3.4m. How much money do you need to control the price? Once the news is popular and all selfish whales are loaded we will see a rise of sp. Good strategy to bring the attention on Friday to release the proper report in the morning. Hopefully more news than that. However, it’s getting really serious. The news was released in many legit websites I’m comparison to old well knows to us proactive and similar only :). Good luck and stay positive!
Dear darling Death! You cantered up to ask me about h + p. Helmerich & Payne or the sauce? I care not for their geological and commercial assessment COS of 12.5%. that is their opinion and as we all know opinions are like r soles - everybody has them. we also have our fair share of negative r soles on this bb. As for contacting the LSE Administrators I may well do that. You are disruptive and without balance of any kind. you serve no other purpose than to destroy sentiment amongst current investors and potential investors. You are a very malign entity on this bb which is why I refer to you as Death. Your other 5hit stirrers here, Pestillence, Famine and War are also contemptible creatures and I'll make sure to include them also. Fortunately Southend is not that far away and it will make a nice day out.
So, Death, to my question why are you here and do you have ANYTHING positive, anything at all to say about COPL?
Many thanks,
Art
Hello my lovelies!
What an exciting few days we've all had here. I'm here for the longterm, which for me means either until COPL are drilling and pumping like crazy OR until we are bought out by the likes of Exxon et al. getting back to 'crazy', what do you all think would have happened to the share price of a company like 88E had they just announced an independent report confirming that they were sitting on top of 933 million barrels of light sweet crude? Oh and did I mention it is located not in the wilds of the Alaskan North Slope but in hospitable and friendly Wyoming. Yet, on Friday we get this fantastic announcement and the sp drops! Still it gives me time to invest a bit more for me and my children I suppose.
I see Death and some of it's minnions are still here spreading negativity and doing their very best to damage sentiment. Odious and repellent creatures that they are, I ask Death, yeah you riding the Pale Horse just why are you here? Why? that question goes to your mates too, Why are any of you here?
Whilst I'm asking the questions, Death, do you have ANYTHING positive to say about COPL? Anything at all because so far all I have ever read from you is negativity. Years ago I played football for a very successful ladies football team and i remember we all played well because we were all positive and enforced the positivity. Unfortunately there was one player who constantly went on about how bad we were in defence or that the keeper was no good (even though we were top of the league we were in. In the end we all had enough of it and told the manager either she goes or we all go. so the negative mare got slung out on her ear and we ended up winning the league and the Norfolk Cup! Do you see where I'm going with this Death? Death, you are on Team COPLs bb. Either reign in the negativity or a few of us will probably have to start going to the LSE Administrators to sort the problem out and get you booted off the team.
I wouldn't mind a bit of negativity from you Death BUT so far you haven't scored once for us. Blerdy useless!
Art (the one with toned thighs due to all my days playing football and not due to falling off chairs)
Copl Liar doing what he does best!
Trying to disrupt any LTH optimism and seek attention from anyone who'll listen. You carry on talking to the Iron hoof, he's one of yours. A low life uninvested scroat just like yourself.
Jack - I am guessing it’s the strict Canadian reporting system.
I could share a jet with Art to the match.
CH - it has little relevance, a bit like your posts these days, nobody even reads them.
Only jesting wwal, if COPL 80 bag you can get a box, now that’s incentive!
Treefern yes Art did mention they found someting extra that was overlook by him and his team
So whats been held back ?
Steady on Shaa, there was me thinking you were one of the good guys!
CH - The time for honoring yourself will soon be at an end.
Who the hell are Everton
A 1000 bagger and Everton couldn’t get a descent striker!
Come on you toffees.
80 Bagger, we could buy Everton a decent striker.
It’s funny you should mention £14, as that would make us an 80-bagger from here. That’s the same as I made from Frontier( ticker was FML if I remember rightly). Share price went from 0.14p to 12p in about 6 weeks. Not sure what happened to them after??
I’ve said my exit targets £14. I don’t think I’ll bother waiting for the extra pound.
Don’t know if anyone has mentioned since the report RNA. I’ve submitted the question when I signed up for the webinar. And that is, what is the other positive RS found that COPL missed. That they want to write a report on??
I’d be delighted too. I don’t know a lot about shares so was just doing some very basic level maths on number of shares in issue taking a rough guess on debt and exchange rates et. and came up with that figure. I’m probably miles out but just how I saw it !
TH1973. I don't know what price Art would be happy with but I would be more than happy with £10 per share - but if its its your price of £15 ps then I guess I can live with that.
Thank you very much.
Sorry to pipe up TH1 but when I’ve been harping on about “asset value” and asking peoples thoughts on price only one or two can actually fathom or do it. Of course it’s not easy, but you can get a general idea.
It’s interesting when you try to be conservative you still get rather large figures.. very large…
Many people appear to see the disconnect between mcap and true value but the bear trap around the ankle is low production v debt & the risk of defaulting on borrowing, think that small risk is being exploited currently and far overshadowing and underestimating Arts ability.
Btw My buyout figure is closer to £8, however at 17p it’s possible someone would offer around £2.. but pretty sure Art would not except such a price. He knows the value and opportunity here more than anyone.
The asset value topic is hardly discussed here.. wonder why..
Dusterhater, a quick question. Let’s say 500m recoverable and I think I’ve read that a major would pay $10 per barrel in the ground. If so, that receipt would be $5bn. With 244 m shares in place and deducting debt wouldn’t that give us all a very large pay day of approx £15 per share (taking in to account debt and exchange rate) if AM were to sell out now ??
So 900m barrels and recovery 38m barrels and only part of acreage.
So just how conservative are these figures??
This is the big question.
I will predict that they are very Conservative and let's say 50 % discounted.
So the 900m barrels becomes 18000m barbells and let's say average 30% recoverable = 560m barrels recoverable and then this is just part of the land - so add another 20% to take account of the remainder of land 560m + 20 % = circa 660m
Barrels recoverable of top quality light crude.
Not to shabby at all imo.
