Hi stuartv,
It's a fight for survival with the ones like you that knows to recognise who's is ready to soldier on
against all the odds. That's what makes us more determined to get what we're aiming for and
rest assured, I too have that kind of feeling that the future will resolve with great surprises that
will benefit all of us going long with Cineworld. The Cines BoD talks little about their next moves
and that is what I like the most as the ones who talk too much little will deliver.
Have a great weekend everyone. NoFear
Hi Luke. At this moment in time it is probably a good thing. We'll all make some profit. In an ideal world currently no. CIne have been bu-t fcuked by outside circumstances so ideally the sale would take place when the share price was flying.
@Antmoss44 Thank you for your Kind post.
Working together, sharing ideas is what its all about, I am invested at 75p. I am praying this gets back to 75p so I wont be in the red.
I invested back in June time, as I originally invested in Sirius Minerals which sadly got taken over at 5.5p per share I invested at 35p and other lower prices which in turn from the takeover it dilluted shareholders including myself, loosing a fair bit of my investment, which is why I feel for the other shareholders who lost, I invested in CINE not only to invest as I love the movies but to regain the money I lost back, which is why I pray the SP goes back up to 75p.
I am sure my 2nd year at University will pass the time.
But yes, all work together, keep the SP stable and rising where possible to stop the shorters shorting the stock and bringing the SP down.
We all invest for different reasons, some for enjoyment, extra income on top of the 9-5, portfolio building, job prospects as life is hard out there economically, socially, for those with families, loved ones my hat goes out to you all and lets all work together and in the next year 2021 we will look back on this when CINE is generating profit, divis paid out and say we all worked together sharing information, analysis and own opinions, advice to others, respecting all. I will be in CINE for the long term holding as I am sure this will recover and the SP in the recent months ahead into 2021! :)
Have a good weekend all, stay safe during COVID 19 wherever you all are based :)
Alex
Evening Stuart, are you saying take over's a good thing or a bad thing? Can't quite work it out.
No fear you are a gladiator. That said to all those theorising about a takeover believe me it's gonna happen. I've been around the block a few times. Mostly investing in oil companies. Not all good - never is. Two of my picks Rock Rose Energy and Eland Oil and Gas were sold. I heard noise on the chat boards at that time re potential sale. Honestly honestly I get the same vibe with Cine. For me the cemetery awaits not trying to set the world alight could be wrong but just got a great feeling about this share. GLA
@anewman18 a good post
I too intend to hold as long as it takes to at least double my money, my av 59p.
Mooky did seem pretty confident about the future even with the debt Cine holds.
So hopefully as you say let's all work together and good luck to all you genuine holders out there whether in profit or not there is plenty more to come as long as we are patient. Imo
Have a good weekend all
Evening all,
What a week for CINE! Results, Bloodbath of share price drops due to selling, to share price gradually recovering.
I agree @Prayfor with your post about CINE.
From listening to Mookys results speech, he sounds reassured all will be ok, and the lineup for blockbusters and movies that are coming and delayed have come in at the right time as if most of them are released in 2021, and with COVID hopefully under better control all over, increased revenue, profits can be made hence great reflections on the SP, i would say starting from January.
All we have to do is Hold, Hold and Hold through the falls, and look forward to the rises. I suspect next week the SP will start to recover slowly, as I was proven wrong thinking the SP would be lower due to results but, this all shows CINE has bouncabillity and stababillity. Now the bad news is out the way, recovery can happen.
to all the long and short term shareholders who sold on results and had losses - I know how you all feel, and my regards go out to you. All the shareholders who intend to Hold long term (Me included) I hope we can all work together, support each other on this BB, eliminate the De rampers, shorters.
