Indepth. Where are you invested at the moment?
Mooky is a cinema guy and will want to see the family shares rise again and not screw this up. He has seen many things and has ensured the short to mid term survival of Cineworld. Come Christmas, things will be better or the World will be bankrupt as a whole...
The point is that like restaurants, cinemas will always be around
Keep calm .... this will recover strongly soon as cinemas reopen
@indepth. This is great, you’ve answered your questions, doubts. Which is what’s everyone should do. Personally I think you should wait until the cinemas are open, covid is under control in the US and normality is returning here. So maybe jump in around the 70s?? Just my opinion.
@indepthwins
I've got to admit that you do exactly as your name says on the tin. You've got genuine indepth knowledge and I'm not going
to argue with your Cineworld shares future recovery or fail analysis. I also don't disagree with you that you'll have hard facts
that would be difficult to swallow if the tide was to turn back to the Cineworld share holders if the bod were to take some
very drastic measures to stay afloat. However, we don't know for sure what the potential consequences could be lurking in wait for all Cineworld shareholders. The Markets are currently driven by fear, greed, political manipulation, hedge funders shorting and so many factors that are all been put forward to try survive the covid 19 shambles that is making of the world strongest economies. Let us enjoy a bit of positivity when we do get and don't try to constantly throw the old spanner into the mix. The Cineworld share are a fairly stubborn bunch that won't take a no for answer in nearing times. It will and we will make it through to the top £1+.
Indepth *YAWN* you have made the same point 2957 times now. Jog on mate - at least change the channel. Bloody hell - if you’re this boring on the internet, I feel sorry for your mates !
Some signs that is already starting to happen. Profit taking in US tech.

I (sadly) would agree, as all my different stocks went down from the 11th! Maybe it's my fault for not investing in tech, though I do think at some people will take profits from the recent tech surge and transfer into risk on investments in tourism, leisure and hospitality.
Top post JBS!
I’d like to add - please don’t stress. Look at the broader markets. June 11th crash took almost everything (except tech) down. Next bull run it all goes back up!! It’s not *just* a cine thing. :).
Very true kp.
I think you have to ask yourself a few questions. Do you trust the BOD (29%) invested. Do you think Cine could go bankrupt? Will they run out of money? Although they are in clear without opening until 2021 with new loans deals secured a few weeks back. Will they get rinsed in the court dispute with plex? Can they secure more fund if needed? Possible as they were about to borrow 1.35 billion pounds for plex.
Have a think and make your choice. Does anyone get in at the bottom and out at the top, doubt it.
People have suggested all kinds of price predictions but no one really knows. It's dealing with the uncertainty and positing the most likely outcome, reassessing this constantly, which will provide some perspective on where we will be a few weeks from now, whether high or low. I expect a gradual tick up as we approach the 31st, but the rise would have priced in the actual milestone of screening the movies. Nobody knows what price we will be at, but the likelihood of an increase from the current level is more plausible than the other direction at this time.
