Hi Mr emc2
I have sent 3 emails' to Neville Registrars over 2+ weeks and not one reply. not sure why, looks like a phone call.
No further news cna only suggest checking NEX for pending applications
https://www.nexexchange.com/for-investors/pending-applications/
Not posted on here in a while but just had email off HL to state about the conversion. Wonder if my 3 million shares will be worth more than a coffee at Starbucks!
Mine have auto converted but not showing any value yet - do we have any idea when a value will appear against them?
thank you very much. will take you're advice.
micheales I am a private investor and only make comments based on my own trading experience. I don't think there is any particular immediate time limit but if it was me I would rather get the matter sorted as soon as possible. An e-mail including your full name and home address might be sufficient for Neville Registrars to track down your Concha holdings. Anyway make contact with the Registrars and take it from there. Good luck.
thank you MrEMC2 for you're advice on this. is their a time limit on this as I'm away until the new year traveling. would an email be ok.
Hi micheales, I suggest that you ring Neville Registrars Tel: 0121 585 1131 and quote references from both your exisiting certificates and they will do the rest. After that we are all waiting for Ritorno to be registered on the Nex Exchange to see what value the shares may be worth.
For my holdings I spoke to HL who didn't know anything about the changes. I then spoke to Neville Reg. told them what I had and where and hey-presto a few days later matching entries for Ritorno pop up in my accounts, including my wife's. I would expect the Concha entries to disappear in due course.
I think my holdings are worth 9 shillings & tuppence.
Hi MrEMC2 i have a certificate from alliance trust saving, and a share certificate from concha plc. as of yet nothing from ritorno. you mentioned to contact www.nevilleregistrars.co.uk.. can you tell me please what they will do for me. or should I just wait for a letter. tia.
sorry ok found it.
it would appear that there is a problem with that address. could you check it's correct please.
Hi FansZ, the conversion was done automatically. I got my new share certificate in last Friday, perhaps yours is on the way and you will get the Ritorno share certificate next post day. If not contact Neville Registrars Tel: 0121 585 1131 or www.nevilleregistrars.co.uk.
Conversion is one Concha share = one Ritorno share of £0.0001 eventually trading on the NEX Exchange Growth Market.
MrEMC2,
How do I get the Ritorno shares? I have the Concha share certificate on hand. And what is the conversion from Concha shares to Ritorno?
ps the Ritorno registrars are:
Neville Registrars Ltd B62 8HD
EL I think you are correct. I paid £20 to my ISA manager back in Oct 2018 for a share certificate in my name as the Concha shares were delisted from AIM and were no longer elegible for an ISA. It was that share certificate that made me eligible for conversion to Ritorno shares.
So, I now just need to get HL to send me a certificate for my holding (now free) and the Concha registrars will send me the due Ritorno shares. HL don't have a clue whats going on here.
Do I understand this correctly.
Today received Ritorno share certificate. However, company does not yet appear on the NEX Exchange so no trading value yet.
finally some movement in company; check your Corporate Actions guys.....
StockCONCHA PLC ORD GBP0.001
Event TypeStock Distribution
DescriptionStock Distribution
Pay date: 16th October 2019
Concha Limited has completed a return of capital in specie, whereby entitled holders have been issued with 1 Ritorno Limited share for every Concha Limited share held.
Accounts are expected to be updated around 18th October 2019.
Question is.... what the opening value of the Ritorno share price upon trading (open)?
Nothing yet about Ritorno Ltd
https://www.nexexchange.com/for-investors/pending-applications/
Correction worth 0.0014p
micheales waiting to see whether Ritorno Ltd has be registered on NEX Exchange Growth Market but not heard anything from the company or Registrars. Number of new shares (don't know how many will be created) will be alloted at the same percentage held in Concha but I have no idea how many new shares I will get or their value. When Concha shares were suspended they were worth notionally 0.14p; the new shares will be valued above zero if anyone wants to buy them off you on NEX exchange!!
ps If you held Concha shares you should have a share certificate(s) ie be a registered holder to be getting the documents about these proposals. I held Concha shares in an ISA and needed to pay £20 to get my share certificate (otherwise the shares went into the ether).
mremc2 what does this mean to my ordinary shares. not really up on the works of you're statement. bought these years ago on advisement. are my share worth anything now.
New document received about proposed capital reductions and asset transfer to Ritorno Ltd. If all goes to plan Ritorno should be listed on the NEX Exchange Growth Market by 24th September 2019. They propose wiping out £25m of negative retained earning (debt) so presumably someone is losing out big time! Quite what I will get out of my shareholding I don't know but not total loss just yet.
