I agree it will continue to slip till news. However, there ‘may’ be a bump tomorrow in anticipation of a Monday morning RNS.
FOMO and all that :-)
Given we are towards the end of the period (which ever way you look at it). I would hope that there is some sort of update, even in the case of any ‘complications’ which are delaying progress, which can happen.
Generally speaking it doesn’t take anywhere near 45 days to drill. The elongated period was to also do the analysis work as well. Therefore, I find it unlikely that we could be looking at a duster as this would have been known for probably 2 weeks now.
Personally, I prefer a Monday RNS so will be keeping my fingers crossed for that and some positive news to raise spirits :-)
I agree, I think the RNS will be next week.
The SP has been very disappointing, lots of news from September onwards and every time the SP started to rise it was pulled back by Schroders dumping shares and the MM's happy to pull the price back down.
It makes you wonder what the SP would be if Schroders had stayed put.
I don't expect a duster on this, I think with the election in mind it is prudent to release any news after this week.
Alexia, the 29th Oct RNS said drilling would start in "the next few days". 'Few' normally means more than 2, so on that basis drilling won't have started before 1st Nov, or even later. It then said "approximately 30 -45 days", so on that basis also, the end date is unlikely to be tomorrow, and sometime next week or even the week after, is entirely in keeping with that RNS..
To be brutally honest Groupplease, this board is dominated by ongoing battles between 4 or so posters which completely destroys the value of the board. There is minimal opportunity to start up a decent debate and even if you’re a holder and mention anything slightly negative you are branded a troll immediately.
It’s a real shame when a board gets like this. You always expect the normal ‘lively’ debate on BBs along with the ‘get out now’ crew and the ‘£1 Christmas party’ gang, but this is at a different level.
Shame really as I doubt it will change. Just my opinion, maybe others find it funny and are more tolerant than me.
So 6 days to go the mrmagoo....you would like to think that sentiment would start to turn this on the runup to next Wednesday ....OR will it just be a bigger bounce when news hits ....???
Do you put up with Irene crap ?
Just crap, all day long .
